Today I had the pleasure of getting A1 service from All Service Heating and Air. I cannot say enough about how amazing they are. From the first time I talked with Kristy, I knew they were the HVAC company for me and my family. Kristy took care of all my HVAC needs and did an amazing walkthrough of my home to see what other needs we had to make sure our home was well cooled. When it comes to the installers of our new AC Unit they were extremely knowledgeable, fast, and professional. Alex the lead installer and his entire team worked hard and fast while still being able to talk to me through every step of the install. Thank you so much, Kristy and the entire team at All Service Heating and Air you just don't know how much you all helped my family out. To anyone looking to have HVAC services at your home, I 5star recommend All Service Heating and Air to be your provider of Heating and Cooling needs!!

I can't say enough good things about this company. Let me first tell you I am an engineer so my expectations and attention to detail are probably unreasonably high. With that said, these guys did an exceptional job and exceeded all my expectations. They went well above what was in the contract and didn't leave until I was satisfied with every detail. Roland and his entire crew were prompt and courteous in every respect. They cleaned up well after they were done and left me feeling very comfortable that all was well. I recommend them highly! They also gave me the best quote of anyone I talked to.

Service tech, Austin, quickly found the problem. He replaced the dual start capacitor in the compressor unit and confirmed the repair. He then cleaned both compressor units. Very happy with the responsiveness and professionalism of the tech and the company.

Kristy the admin answered my email immediately even though it was after hours. Brandon the tech diagnosed the problem, explained options, and fixed it quickly. Kudos all around.

I have never been impressed with a company as I was with All Service Heat and Air. Honestly, the service went way beyond my expectations. Brandon, the AC technician, was very easy going and a delight to work with. Ishmael and crew were wonderful with installation. They had drop cloths everywhere, and went straight to work when they arrived. The office is very efficient...they text and send a pic with a bio of whoever is coming with the time they will arrive. AND...they do arrive on time. They went way above and beyond the call of duty with this installation. They fixed many things that other companies had crudely thrown together. And they fixed them at no charge. Their customer service is outstanding. I am beyond happy with their work. When the install crew was finished for the day, they left the house in better condition (and colder) then when they found it. Thank you All Service Heat and Air. Brandon and Richard were awesome, and deserve a raise!

It was OK but for the last four years, the wrong filter was ordered. This should not happen.

We had an emergency where our main AC unit stopped working. When we called, All Service Heating and Air told us that all the techs were booked-up the following day, but you know what they did? The owner of the company personally came to our house and fixed the AC! Not only did he quickly fix the problem (blown capacitor), but also did a thorough inspection and gave us information about maintenance we may want to do in the future. I feel that they were fast, honest, and truly cared about me as a customer. 5-stars!

First, I found All Service on Angie’s List. Sometimes you might think that so many consistently good reviews is hard to believe, but in this case I am convinced they truly are a cut above in terms of knowledge, service, quality of their work, attention to detail, respect for you and your home, honesty, punctuality, and just being good people. From my first call to the completed ductwork installation, every aspect of the job was outstanding! I must have picked the perfect time to schedule an estimate of the work to be done because they had a truck in my neighborhood and the technician, Austin Rogers, was at my house in under 15 minutes! Before he entered the house, he put shoe covers on. Once I gave him some history and what I hoped to accomplish, he set about checking things out. Our house was built in the 1970s when chases were used as a means of delivering heat or A/C. Unfortunately, they are a bit of a hassle to clean or replace, so Austin enlisted the support of his boss, Roland Leteff who came to offer his suggestions for our best outcome. Like Austin, Roland is a very professional, knowledgeable young man. I knew I would have All Service take care of replacing my ductwork based on the most favorable impression I had of Austin and Roland. We signed the contract and scheduled the work. Austin served as the “quarterback” for the project. His team of installers actually arrived a few minutes before the appointed time, ready to get to work. I had been told the job would take 6-7 hours to complete. They finished in a little less than 7 hours and left the house as neat as when they arrived. They put heavy paper runners down everywhere they walked. Any debris was carted off. They did a fantastic job, and I am very pleased with the finished job! I would not hesitate to recommend them!

Family owned and operated and they treat you like it. They have performed my seasonal maintenance for years and are always great! I couldn't recommend them more!!

They arrived at the end of the time window promised. The two guys were friendly and pleasant. Checked the AC and told me that it needed to be replaced. I did not want to replace the unit so then they offered a service plan that included maintenance checks and repair for the current problem. This was not what I wanted and I felt pressured to accept. I was leaving town the next day and didn't have a lot of time to consider. I would not choose this company again because of their tactics.

Our heater went out when it was 20 degrees outside and my husband called All Service to come take a look. We were so grateful that they were able to come out the same day!! John was wonderful and got us back up and running in no time. We had such a good experience with everyone from their staff that we signed up for their yearly maintenance agreement so that this doesn't happen again. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone I know!

I had just gotten out of the hospital the day before. I was miserable. I called All service Heating & Air and I was told a technician will call me back with in the hour. Twenty minutes later I received a call from Josh. He told me he was on his way. I had cool air again. Thank you so much All Service Heating & Air for being so quick to respond. Oh and a great big thank you to Josh. You are awesome.

SHUT MY FURNESS VALVE WITHOUT MY ASKING ME !? THEN WHEN I ASK TO TURN IT ON AGAIN HE DID NOT LIGHT THE PILOT AND LEFT.
