Talk about poor customer service. Spoke to tech support, and the only support I received is smart ass remarks and off the charts attitude. Consistently interrupt me while I am explaining. Absolutely unhelpful, I will think twice before recommending this brand to anyone because you can expect no support. Warranty claims on their page is no help at all. Itβs been over 2 days and food has gone to waste and no one has responded.

Was providing service thought warranty and warranty rep was very very rude was upset when talking and threatened me at the same time I cover hundreds of commercial accounts and I will not be suggestion blue air to any of my customers not to mention all their equipment struggles to work very poor customer and tech service if your looking for a reliable appliance for your business donβt turn to this company

Ice maker caught on fire π₯ the first week it was installed new. Blue air and pioneer sales refuses to replace it. The technician said to stay away from anything blue air makes. He said low quality parts and everything breaks. β¦

Our experience in Dealing with Blue Air from a technical stand point I will Never recommend to any of our customer to ever buy their product. Technical Support sucks. I had to pick a star so it would be posted.

TOO BAD THERE IS NOT A ZERO UNCRATED THE UNIT , HAD 4 COUNT THEM 4 PROBLEMS WITH UNIT. AFTER CONTACTING SELLER THEY STATED I NEEDED TO CONTACT BLUE AIR FOR WARRANTY !!! I TOLD THEM TO GIVE ME ANOTHER UNIT. THEY REFUSED. MANATOWAC IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO I BELIEVE. FIXING TO REVERSE CREDIT CARD CHARGE

Install went well and their people are knowledgeable and professional. However a few months after install the unit shifted in the ceiling (actually the building shifted) and was draining from the secondary drain. It required a costly pump to handle the shift. I was a little annoyed but fur down units do shift like that and have limited available adjustment. They were very responsive about it though and it was corrected quickly. There have been no further issues. The unit itself has worked without a problem for over a year.

Promptly started and finished. Provided the load size estimate that I could take to City of Austin to get a rebate on the A/C unit in my house. Blueair also made a bid for A/C system, but I went with a different provider. <br />

The A/C in our rental property started leaking so we called Blue Air and left a message Sunday night, expecting a call back during operating hours Monday morning. They open at 8am and my call was returned at 8:15, which is fantastic. Fortunately, they were able to have a technician out first thing (due to a cancellation), and he arrived around 9am. The technician was friendly and efficient. He gave a detailed explanation of the problem and answered all of my questions. The lines were unclogged and he did some additional resealing to the unit. He also provided some instructions to help prevent this from happening in the future. The diagnosis was $89 and the repairs were $31. I couldn't have been happier with the service, and we will be sure to make Blue Air our go to A/C repair company in the future! <br />

They were prompt about getting us into their schedule. Once they arrived, they worked quickly to restore our A/C. They came once to diagnose the problem, then ordered the part, and came back to install it.

The gas heater in my house quit working on a Sunday night. It would start running, but then would shut off before the gas was ignited. I turned the system off because there was a faint odor of gas, and the temperature was dropping in the house anyway. Monday morning at 8:05 I called BlueAir Heating and Air Conditioning based on a recommendation from a friend. The man who answered my call was very pleasant and said he had a technician available and could have him at my house by 9 a.m. The technician arrived at 8:50 a.m. and by 9:15, I had heat again. He replaced the igniter in the furnace. He showed me the old part where it had broken and explained how it worked. He was extremely professional. Iwas impressed at the prompt and courteous service and definitely will <br /> use BlueAir again. <br />

They did a maintenance check on the new-to-me heat pump system. I had installed a new thermostat (old one broke right after moving in) and the technician took the time to review my install. <br /> While going through the maintenance checks, he also took the time to explain the heat pump and some basic but important maintenance tips including how toclean the outside unit. <br /> They responded quickly to my emails (hearing impaired, don't like phone) and arrived within the time window promised. I would try them again. <br />

Our A/C unit went out on a Thursday evening. I called our warranty company Friday morning and they had someone else scheduled to fix it as of 9 AM. At 3:30 pm that company had not answered any of my phone calls or emails, so the warranty company then changed the work order to Blue Air. I called them around 3:30 on a beautiful Friday afternoon and got a real person - who spoke English, even! The Blue Air tech was at my house less than an hour later. Very polite, professional, fixed the problem quickly - ants had chewed through something and it had to be replaced. It was a wonderful experience. I will recommend them to everyone.

We have been using them for about 8 years. They call you to remind you that you need to get the maintenance done. They do a fine job and I think anyone can do what they are doing. We just stayed with them because we have been with them and they call us and they are not anything special. We used to have the same people come, but in the last few years the have had a turn over in the staff. They get the younger people and it is not as personalized as it used to be. There is nothing wrong with them. We spend about $250 on the service because we have two units.

I have no great complaints but did not feel like they particularly valued their customers. They went to the wrong address on two occasions and did not inform me that there would be an extra fee (or how much it would be) for next day service. They showed up within the scheduled time window and seemed to do the job.

We have used BlueAir in the past and we have always been pleased with their work. They always seem to be very thorough and prompt. They are also great with working with our schedules.

Our heating system went out on a cold Saturday night and they came out. They do make weekend and holiday calls however there is a slight higher rate for that. I felt that rate was worth it. I am not really sure what they replaced but what ever they did worked. They were able to get it fixed in about an hour's time and did an extremely nice job as well.
