Our A/C went out on Friday (just before the weekend). Found Best Air online and noticed they were located near our rural location. Set an appointment for Sunday afternoon. Brandon came out, had our system fixed in about 30 minutes and didn't charge an additional fee for a weekend call. Brandon was courteous and efficient. We will call his company again when we need our A/C or heat repaired. We highly recommend, you won't be dissapointed!

Brandon with Best Air didn't miss a beat. He answered my call after hours first attempt and was on his way to our rescue. He was prompt and on time. Our part needed to be ordered and he had our AC up and going the very next day as promised. Brandon is very professional, on time and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My unit was installed by another AC company and I had nothing but problems with it. He came over to look at it as a second opinion and won my business. He told me how to move forward to get results on the install problems and followed up a few times to make sure it was being taken care of. He was willing to do the work but my install was warrantied for a year and he said to try and get them to do it first. I appreciate the help and honesty. Highly recommend Brandon.

The BEST AC company, don't even think of calling anyone else! I had a new unit installed less than a year ago by another company and from day one it didn't work and was one problem after another. Every time I called it was weeks of waiting, stories and excuses. Brandon came over in the DARK to take a look, within minutes he found the problems, yes, MULTIPLE issues. The original guy left me hanging for almost a month THIS time coming out multiple times (days after he said he would be here, poor communication, unprofessional to the point of being creepy) still couldn't find the problem, mentioned purchasing a warranty all while telling me how bad my unit was and how great he is. I HAVE A WORKING SYSTEM! Brandon fixed the problem, tested the system, called me multiple times after to check on it, contacted the manufacturer to inform them of the situation, worked with the contractor, now THAT'S SERVICE!! I am so grateful to Brandon and Kaitlyn for all the work they did for me. Finally after almost a year the unit is working.
