I had a terrifying encounter with one of ARC Mechanical’s drivers this morning on the highway. The individual operating truck #A25004 (license plate Y58 291, Massachusetts) was driving aggressively and erratically tailgating me extremely closely, revving their engine in an intimidating manner, and nearly running me off the road. I was traveling the speed limit in the right lane, and this vehicle repeatedly inched up dangerously close to my rear bumper, putting both of our lives and others’ at serious risk. As a young woman driving alone, I was shaking by the time I got home. This level of road rage from someone representing a company is not only unprofessional it’s potentially deadly. I sincerely hope ARC Mechanical addresses this driver’s behavior before someone is seriously injured or worse. Safety should never be optional.

The driver blew past a stopped school bus in Old Town while kids were actively getting on the bus. When confronted, was incredibly ignorant. They were in a hurry to get breakfast at Governors.

On the morning of 1/15/25 at the Nouria in Sanford Maine, one of your impatient drivers almost caused an accident by pulling out in front of me as I was turning. Then he proceeded to tell at me like I was in the wrong but I have the right of way. Please educate your drivers on how to drive a vehicle before putting them into a company vehicle.

Employees have HORRIFIC ATTITUDES! There is a video online of one of this company's employees calling 911 on someone for taking pictures outside of a building. Got aggressive also.

They only like to work for Whole Foods, if you are smaller then Whole foods then don't even bother to call for service because they will tell you to come to you store after 3 weeks, unless your freezer can wait for 3 weeks.

Terrible driver on Friday 4/10 9:30 AM. Was traveling so close to me in the fast lane that I could not see their headlights. I was driving almost 80 but it wasn't fast enough. Passed me to harass other cars quickly.

I cannot say enough about Chris and the outstanding work he does. Very personable and engages with his homeowners. He is very easy to work with. Really good value for the money as well. He would assess the situation and then trouble shoots a list. Christopher takes pride in his work and akes care of the important issues and does not do any work without the go ahead no pressure to make decisions. Very budget conscious. Personable and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend. I would not hesitate to call him in the middle of the night if I had an emergency as I know he will be there in a heartbeat.
