I have been a customer of All Year Cooling for over 20 years. They are always the first company I call, and also the company I refer to family, friends and neighbors. I was looking to have my unit serviced before the sweltering summer months. I contacted All Year Cooling (Julie) who is awesome. She genuinely cares about the needs of the customer and goes above and beyond to ensure their needs are met. A technician (Tomas) was scheduled to come out in 2 days. He arrived on time, was very professional and polite. Tomas performed his job with precision and expertise, as he thoroughly conducted the 16-point inspection, which is well worth it financially, in the long run. All Year Cooling's customer service skills are impeccable. They are always very professional, kind and patient, even when you're in a panic. Kudos to Julie, Tomas, and the entire All Year Cooling staff for continuing to provide excellent service to our community!

Extremely frustrating experience with All Year Cooling. After installing a new HVAC system and Reme Halo unit in our home, we experienced significant mold contamination in the ductwork and air handler, which displaced my family for three weeks. The company acknowledged the issue in person and advised us to keep all receipts for reimbursement due to their negligence. However, after submitting a detailed reimbursement request, they have gone completely silent. Multiple follow-ups have been ignored. Acknowledging responsibility in person but refusing to follow through speaks volumes. I cannot recommend this company based on our experience.

I paid for the service and installation of two air conditioners, and after the transaction was complete, I never heard from them again. My calls and messages were completely ignored. When I finally contacted the main office seeking a refund, they treated me terribly, just because I was trying to get my money back. It was a nightmare. I had to dispute this with my credit card just to get my money back. They advertise a 10-year labor warranty, but once they have your payment, they could not care less about you or their so-called warranty. Save yourself the frustration and DO NOT do business with them! Worst customer service I?ve ever experienced.

I paid $900 for a complete cleaning. They set up the appointment for the following day between 1 pm to 4 pm. Missed work. 3 pm, called to ask if they were coming. They reassured me they would. They were a no-show. Called after 5 pm, itâ s a voicemail. All Year Cooling is not a serious company. There are better options out there.

They were very professional from the start all the way to the installation end. I donâ t have the air condition now for seven days and they have called to check and make sure everything is still working right with my unit. I strongly recommend this company to anyone who needs, a new air condition unit or a service air conditioning unit

If I could give more then â­ ï¸ â­ ï¸ â­ ï¸ â­ ï¸ â­ ï¸ stars I would! Let me preface this review by stating I have no family, friends and donâ t know anyone for that matter at All Year Cooling. Itâ s a really great review so I just want to be clear itâ s written for the sole purpose of helping everyone that needs AC service. This review must be written to help anyone that needs Affordable and Honest HVAC service!! There will be no other company that beats their prices, services and straight up honesty. Through this process of me needing my AC fixed, Iâ ve dealt with 5 other companies. Each one was worse than the next. The 5th company, â Air-Ref Co.â , ILLEGALLY added a mixture of MO-99 and R-22 Freon. That dishonest and illegal act of treachery wound up seizing my whole HVAC unit. (DO NOT USE AIR-REF Co.) I had almost lost hope. UNTIL my neighbor referred me to Joe at AYC (All Year CoolinOnce I got to speaking with Joe, it was night and day difference from all the other HVAC companies. Joe came in, saw what I had, took measurements and pics and answered all my questions. He gave me multiple options to fit my needs. He walked me through everything. Gave me the best price over 5 other companies. He gives it to you straight, does what he says and follows through. The installation guys were just as great! Iâ d give them a shoutout but Iâ m bad with remembering names. They were efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and cleaned up everything when they were done. The installation manager Cahile was also on top of his game. Any and all issues were taken care of. I hope anyone that needs AC service or a new unit, calls AllYear Cooling. You will not regret it. I would hate to see anyone go through what I went through before I found these guys. Save yourself the time, money, hassle and most importantly your sanity!!! Please use All year cooling!!!!!! We came home from a vacation and our A/C was making a terrible noise in the attic. We contacted All Year Cooling and they came out right away. The technician was very friendly and quickly got to the source of the problem. He explained each step and went out of his way to provide the best and least expensive option to remedy the situation. We highly recommend All Year Cooling!

First time using AYC and it definitely wonâ t be our last. They are incredibly responsive. We had our AC go out last night so we called our usual AC company in the morning. They were booked out for the week. We found All Year Cooling on Google and gave them a call. They had availability that morning. Our technician arrived on time. He found the issue and got it fixed in under 30 minutes. Prices are reasonable and service is unbeatable! Youâ ve got a customer for life!

Our thermostat was fried and refused to turn back on. We called All Year Cooling and they sent technicians on the same day. They were efficient and helpful.
