Had a wonderful experience with Alisea HVAC. They came out and certified my heat pump before the sale of my home. They were very thorough and professional when doing the work.

We were so pleased with Cory and Seth's service. They deep cleaned and serviced our mini splits. These guys were the best. Worked the whole time they were here. Such pleasant guys to talk to. Cory was so knowledgeable in answering any questions that we asked. And the best part was the price we were charged. Highly recommend this company.

My experience using Alisea HVAC for my AC-unit and furnace replacement - in short, everything was fantastic. I was made aware of holes in the heat exchanger (not safe to operate it) of my aging furnace and decided due to the age of my equipment, it was best to get several estimates to replace both my AC unit and furnace together. Tim, on behalf of his company Alisea HVAC, came out and walked through my options. He entertained my countless questions and was very patient and responsive. I decided to move forward with Tim and I'm glad I did. His pricing is fair, his technicians were professional and courteous same as he was, and everything is working flawlessly. The Bosch equipment he uses is likely the best you can find in terms of performance and reliability - it also qualifies for a tax credit. If you are in the market for a new system or just want to get yours checked out, I highly recommend Alisea HVAC.

Tim and his team did a wonderful job installing our new HVAC system yesterday. He explained to me everything that he was doing and he also took the time to help me set up the app that controls the thermostat. A great job all around. Tim, Corey and Matt installed two 5 ton units at our automotive repair shop today. I can't say enough great things about these guys. They were very professional, efficient and very helpful explaining to us how the new units work. Corey even helped us with the app to set them when we are away. Matt did an amazing job on the outside units. His workmanship is impeccable. So clean and neat. Tim and Corey did an amazing job on the inside units. Their workmanship is also impeccable. Once again Alisea HVAC to the rescue. I came home to no heat yesterday. I called Tim and he offered to come last night but I told him I would be ok until today. I wanna give a shout out to Tim and his team @ Alisea HVAC . Excellent service. I called Tim to let him know my heat pump was not creating heat. He was out in less then 2 hours. He ran down my list of options and advised not to throw any more money into this old system. He advised me on a new total install with a duel fuel system. With in a week I had a complete new system changed out in one day. His team is respectful and kind. The work was exceptional. I love the new heating system. Nice and warm with propane back up. I will pass his name around to other people that need anything to do with heat or ac. Thank u so much for working hard for me and others.

I had called a TON of HVAC companies and a lot of them blew me off or NCNS. My friend recommended Tim and I am so grateful he made it work and helped get the heat on in my quilt shop. I love his honesty and he will becoming back and I highly recommend him. The detailed invoice is a great touch I can keep for my records in the future. I truly cannot say enough about Alisea HVAC!! I just returned home from a week long vacation to find out that my AC wasn’t working with 100 degree days in the upcoming forecast. I panic-called Tim at 6:30 am on a Friday and he was at my home by 10 am that very same day and let me know that my unit was fully drained of coolant. He originally advised that it would take until next Wednesday to do a leak test only to call me minutes later and tell me that his son Matthew was on his way to do the test. Tim warned that this might not tell us anything and could result in me needing a brand new unit; however, Matthew quickly located the leak and he and Tim had the issue fixed in 2 hours flat. I am eternally grateful for this company and will be recommending to all of my friends and family! Thank you, Tim and Matthew!!!

I can not say enough about the quality of service I received from Alisa HVAC. My furnace was having issues coming up and staying to temp. I had another company out and they were ready to just replace the furnace and leave it at that. On my gut instinct, I called Alisea (recommended by a friend) and had them come out for a second look. Tim came out and after looking at our units discovered some additional issues that should have been caught by the previous company. Tim and his team were very prompt, professional and did an excellent job in making sure we were back up and running PROPERLY! I very much appreciate that he wanted to do it and do it right. They also worked with us on finding financing to help with the unexpected cost. This was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Alisea HVAC!

What a fantastic local company! I lost heat due to thermostat losing electric power when I selected Auxiliary Heat. Texted the problem in detail to owner Tim on a Saturday. He got back with me immediately asking if they needed me that day or could it wait until Monday. I told them Monday was good! Cory and Wyatt came out on Monday and fixed everything within a hour. The price was awesome! Prior to contacting Alisea, I had technician & electrician from Constellation Home (previously BGE Home) come out. I declined their service because they wanted to charge almost 4 times more that Alisea (and they wanted to run new 15' to 20' wiring to the thermostat. That just didn't sound right to me and I politely declined.) THANK YOU ALISEA! YOU NOW HAVE A PERMANENT CUSTOMER!!!

Alisea HVAC installed a new furnace and AC unit for us in the early summer and did and outstanding job. All the employees were so kind and professional. This is definitely the company to use for all your HVAV needs. I couldn't be any happier with my new system!

I had a problem with my gas furnace that started after hours. Tim came right over and got us working again quickly. It was going to be very cold, so it was amazing to get it fixed the same night.

Tim and his crew were wonderful! Alisea was our first and only call for an estimate. They showed up when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. I have dealt with Tim Alisea the owner of Alisea HVAC- Beyond cool a few times with some AC unit issues. Would highly recommend him to anyone. Other then being professional and courteous, Beyond Cool was able to be out 3 other HVAC guys on pricing. Also I felt like I wasn’t getting ripped off & sold things I didn’t need.

Two of the nicest young men you’d ever want to meet arrived on time, provided very efficient maintenance on my small duct a/c system and even offered to tape up some insulation in the attic when they serviced the unit. Excellent and professional service at a good price - a rare find these days. Highly recommend!

I called Tim at roughly 7 pm on a Saturday evening. The temperature in my house was slowly creeping up on this 90 degree day. He came right out within an hour and resolved my issues. Not only was he professional but he was personable. I’m so grateful for him! Highly recommend.
