This company advertises non functional "AI" sites on Google and claims they are cutting edge. Some of their sites such as Exterior Flow, Interior Flow, etc.., will encourage users to sign up, then make it impossible to cancel. They mislead you when contacting customer support (first of all by making it seem impossible), them blatantly lie before ignoring your cancelation requests. This is clearly an investment scam in the making. This is easy to research for yourself as I'm sure they will refute this review. Just look up their sites (ending in something "flow" AI)

I worked exclusively with Ms. Crystal MacHale. Her business was one of about 4-5 referred to me for a real property retrospective appraisal. Rainier Appraisal Service LLC was the first company to contact me. Ms. McHale was very pleasant, answered all of my questions and was able to perform the appraisal in a couple of days. However, I did reach out to other companies who provided quotes, but their dates did not coincide with the needed time frame. The fees were all about the same. Experience and previous reviews were instrumental in my decision. I enjoyed Ms. McHale's follow up and ability to provide a comprehensive report. Alex was very professional , thorough and answered any questions/concerns my husband and I had. Our dryer was making a horrible grinding and banging noise. We were given an estimate, it was very affordable for us and work began immediately. All estimates were give with full transparency before work began. The noise is now gone in the dryer and runs smoothly. We would highly recommend this company to anyone and plan on using this company again.

My dryer was suddenly very noisy. He cleaned and tightened up what was needed.. Came quickly and seemed very efficient. I asked about a warranty as well and he said yes 60 days and that I could call him.

I spoke with Val on the phone, my refrigerator was leaking water. He said he would be able come by between 12-3pm. When he was on his way, he texted me with his ETA. Arrived promptly, and diagnosed the problem quickly. Replaced the connector on the water line, tested it, working properly, all set! I was very grateful that he was able to come out so quickly and fixed the problem. Very nice serviceman. I highly recommend him!

He was very professional. Very knowledgeable He was completely transparent about what he was doing and how he was diagnosing the problem with my dryer. He gave complete and thorough explanations. To be fair I’m a DIY girl but I know my limitations. But I like to learn and know things even if they are beyond my actual capabilities. Completely transparent about costs of parts and labor even showing me his cost from the parts store. He went above and beyond, and did extra. I will absolutely hire him again if I need someone to service my appliances and am hiring him to do my HVAC maintenance. He can have ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
