What an amazing group of employees, they are incredible. From the person who answers the phone, to the service department, to the tech (John) who came out each are knowledgeable, professional, and so kind. It is so rare to deal with so many excellent employees in one company. Whoever owns or manages this company need to give everyone bonuses, each of you truly make this company successful.

Guys arrived as scheduled and finished the job in the time quoted. Happy with the installation and so far happy with our furnace. Hoping to get many years out of it. From quote to install, all the employees were kind, considerate and very pleasant to work with. They didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Or pressure me in any way. Great experience and I highly recommend their company.

As a struggling new business owner, I appreciate all the help Airtech has done for me and my business needs. They totally went above and beyond for me when it came to billing solutions and their service. I cannot recommend them enough. They have worked on my home furnace prior and with either residential work or commercial; they do the best they can with any aspect of the job. Again, appreciate it heaps! Thank you!

I found the staff at Airtech to be very helpful, professional and efficient. They fabricated some parts for me quickly. The guys helped to fix my steel gate one afternoon and helped install it the next morning. Great job and very fussy about the details. Highly recommend them.

I hate to give a low star rating for a great company and Airtech has been great doing what they can within Lennox's restrictions! The staff here are fantastic and they work so well around our schedules and our kids for the install not even minding that we have big dogs and. The whole experience was fantastic but the air conditioning unit is garbage and should have been replaced. And talking to the guy at Airtech I felt so bad because he has to work within Lennox's warranty parameters. I would totally use Air tech again but I would never buy a Lennox again. It's unfortunate but we purchased a brand new air conditioner and furnace and we purchased Lennox. The air conditioner is a piece of garbage and hasn't worked properly since the day it was installed it's loud it makes a ton of noise you can hear it in the house it sounds like a starter's gun going off and there is no recourse once it's installed you own it there's no return and now Lennox is slapping a Band-Aid on it, instead of fixing it to eliminate the noise they installed a compressor blanket and I have no option but to follow along because I've paid for the product! I will never buy Lennox again.

HUGE huuuuge shout out to Bryden and Greg from Airtech!!!!! We were about 5 days no furnace in our little cold snap this past week, They installed our new furnace for us here at National Car & Truck Rentals!!!! We’ve had many guests come in the shop, and this was one of the best experiences we’ve had in the shop. Everything ran so smooth. Thank you guys so so much for saving us from the last little bit of winter :) I can’t express my gratitude anymore. I highly recommend Airtech. Plus one service guys!

After reading their reviews and comparing the quotes I had, I was very comfortable with choosing Airtech for my new furnace and a/c. The install went very smooth, first day for the furnace and second day for the a/c. Everything was done in a timely manner and I had no complaints with the work or what I was charged. That started to change when my wife got home and we noticed the smell of gas. I called Airtech immediately and told them of the smell. They told me it was probably just oil burning off the new furnace and was nothing to be concerned about. They really didn't want to send anyone back over and told us to just ignore it. I had the city coming in the next week to do their inspection, so given that reluctantly accepted Airtechs answer. The smell persisted and we ignored our instincts and listened to what Airtech was telling us. When the city inspector came he immediately asked if we had a gas leak. He said their was a leak on the new gas hook up for the furnace. I called Airtech, explained my concern and frustration, and they sent some out immediately to fix the problem. I was very upset with them as no one at Airtech wanted to take responsibility for the leak. I was also upset that their techs were right beside the leak all of day 2 and did nothing to address the situation. Airtech just said, sorry but these things happen. I did agree, mistakes can happen, so we moved on. But was not happy. Part of the deal when I bought the furnace is that the first service would be included in the purchase. I called in April to book my yearly service for June, the techs came, did the work and left with no drama. Not really to my surprise, I received a invoice for the work. This really irked me. It made me feel as more of a number and not a customer. How is there no note on my account or anything stating the service was included? So I called in and get the run around instead of just being told 'that's our mistake, we'll look into it'. I got a message back the next day saying that I should have never been billed for the service and they will take care of it. That was June 10. Cool. Until today where I received a statement asking for payment for the service invoice! Does no one in this company talk to each other. They promise one thing and deliver another. Their customer service is also subpar.

Very knowledgeable and friendly, best price on a new furnace, almost half the price of competitors. Would highly recommend.

Had a rough estimate on service call on my 1 year old A/C and furnace.When the two service techs finished after a good 1-1/2 hours of work,they said I had a leak in my A/C line somewhere but couldn’t exactly find it.They told me the top up of the refrigerant wasn’t covered under warranty.When I got the email invoice it was a good $150 over the estimate.When I called their according department to explain that the units were only 1 year old and that the A/C refrigerant should have been covered. I got no satisfactory explanation for all the over charges.I’m not happy with the mostly non excistant warranty.

Called airtech to help with an issue on a brand new furmace ANOTHER company installed for us. John was there Within 15 minutes. Fixed the simple issue and had the heat going into this -20 weather in no time , highly recommen this guys plus they they are fairly priced!

We had a Lennox EL297UH installed with an upgraded Ecobee smart thermostat. Very happy so far. From the estimator to the receptionist it was a seamless experience. The installation was performed by 2 lovely ladies. Thank you girls!

Airtech Lethbridge was amazing. We first called another large company in Lethbridge for our home AC service call. This Other company wanted close to 200 bucks to show up!! We called Airtech, and they were in and out in 30 mins, parts replaced for less than the other large company wanted to just park in my driveway. Use Airtech! We are thankful for them.

Was able to get same day appointment when ac broke down. Polite and efficient service. Answered all of my questions. Reasonable pricing. Will use this company again.

Great service from the beginning to the finished product installed. The quote was very thorough. The installers were quick and friendly and cleaned everything up. They showed me how to use my new system and helped me set up the app on my phone. I love my new furnace! I used to have cold and hot spots in my house and just thought it was the age of the house and venting. But I don't anymore. Super happy!

Airtech is a very competent business. Their technicians are informative, prompt and courteous. I would recommend them for any of your heating, AC or HVAC needs.

Wicked customer service. Office staff were easy to converse with. I think techs name was Adam, exceptional. We are a small condo assoc had a furnace failure in building. Tech came out, diagnosed the problem after thoroughly going thru possibilities. Gas regulator valve failure. Came back next day fixed issue. Saved us 5000 not having to get a new furnace.

Amazing service Jerrod did an amazing job in creating our stainless steel shower tray. Exact fit. So happy with service.

Edit: The company apologized and sent us a full refund. I reached out to the owner to thank him and to ensure the employee would not be reprimanded as that was not the intention of my review. He assured me that the employee would not be reprimanded and that this would be a learning experience for their team. This company truly went above and beyond to rectify this situation. Huge respect to the owner for his honest and respectable business practices. We will definitely use Air tech again in the future! Unfortunately we were not impressed during our last interaction with this company. A few weeks ago we scheduled an air conditioner maintenance appointment during one of their $25 off promotions. The worker showed up well beyond the allotted time and talked for 20+ minutes about psychology before actually doing any work. Showing up late wasn’t a problem. We understand that work is busy and things happen beyond our control. Sure, it would have been nice to get a call saying he was running behind but that wasn’t the issue. The issue came from the bill. The company billed us for 1.25 hours when the employee was in and out of our place in less than 45 minutes (we have the video surveillance to prove it). Mind you 20 minutes of which were spent by the employee talking about psychology. So really 25 minutes of actual work. Additionally, no discount was added (so much for the promotion, hey?). We understood the flat hourly fee and we had no problem paying that, but to be billed for 1.25 hours when less than an hour of work was completed was not right. We called the company right away and had the situation rectified but it still left us with a negative impression. Luckily we were able to advocate for ourselves, but what about those who may be unable to? The elderly, new Canadians etc. The cost of living is very expensive these days. The last thing we need is dishonest business practices that take advantage of hard working people.

We had an amazing experience with Airtech. Ryan was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without being pushy (Which was a vey nice change from the other companies we got quotes from). Installation was smooth and painless. I would 100% recommend Airtech. You aren't going to beat the prices, warranty, or customer service that they offer.

MATTHEW and PAT were super at putting a garage heater in today for us. A Lennox, 45,000 BTU, in a garage that is a tad bigger than a double. They were professional, friendly, doing a great job and cleaning up after themselves... Thank you MATTHEW and PAT! DEFINITELY wouldn't hesitate to use Airtech Heating & Air Conditioning again!

Wow!! That’s all I have to say. Chuck was very professional, gave really helpful tips and recommendations. His service was friendly and he explained everything thoroughly and honestly. I highly recommend these guys if you’re looking for HVAC services in Lethbridge.
