Lydia and John really helped us evaluate the health & condition of a house we were looking to purchase - when we suspected moisture & mold. We were recommended to them by a general contractor and we were really happy with the service they provided, especially with short term notice (due to inspection period). They did an EXCELLENT job observing the exterior & interior of the house to identify openings/gaps in structure/seals/ conditioned/ unconditioned areas and used their tools to identify moisture and mold in the HVAC system, ceilings, floor boards, walls due to areas that likely flooded (in past) or water intrusion. They gave us an in-depth evaluation and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND their services due to their diligence and professionalism. Many thanks!

This small family run business was accurate, honest, helpful, responsive, polite, professional, and amazing at providing the analysis and recommendations needed to find and solve an issue in our home. So relieving to know what is and is not actually needed to tackle the problem, saving us a lot of money with other vendors who are fixing the issues. Multiple times I consulted Kyle after getting a proposal from a vendor and he even talked with a vendor once and walked him through his rationale and brought it back to only what was needed. Jan 2025 - had a great experience with this company. I had been dealing with an unknown odor in my nearly new home. I was concerned that it may have been affecting my health. Scheduling was quick and easy. Upon arrival they were both professional and polite. They discovered an area in my home that was producing odors during the heat of the day. No health concern just annoying to me. In hindsight, I wish we had hired them to do the original home inspection prior to closing. Great experience!

Lydia John and Kyle were fantastic to work with. First speaking with Lydia about my issues and her explanation and prices of what she suggested we do were right on! Then Kyle and John showed up on time. They were able to test the environment and they sent a very thoroughly report with all its findings and suggestions to get it fixed. We had an issue with the HOA, and were able to use this report to help solve it. We were very happy with the full home envelope test, the results and the detailed report by Kyle. They were efficient and great to work with. I would hire them again without a doubt. The only thing i was not happy with was them not responding to a question a few months after the results were in. But That doesn’t take away from the service provided. Thank you for your help and quality of work!

John and the team were great. We had been trying for 2 years to determine why we had extreme humidity in our house and they were able to determine the cause and offered solutions . We followed up with everything that they advised us to do and after 1 week have had results.

I can not thank John, Lydia and Kyle enough for all their help. They were very organized and helpful throughout the process of inspecting a Sprayfoam job done in my house that was installed incorrectly. We found moisture behind an outlet cover in one of our bedrooms and were concerned about mold. Indoor Quality came and found that there was no issue at all and that we needed to caulk around windows and trim. We appreciated their honesty with our situation.

My company was moving into a facility that had not been occupied for several months. I called IAQ performed an air quality test, taking measurements at 30 locations. They were on time and very professional. They provided a very comprehensive report of their findings which included suggestions to better enhance the air quality in the facility. I have another facility ready for occupancy and will have IAQ perform an air quality test prior to employees occupying the facility.

IAQ was excellent. After having some issues with our ductwork and our air conditioning units, IAQ came out and provided us a thorough evaluation. They educated us on the way a air conditioning system and ductwork in our home should be constructed to prevent issues with moisture and to prolong the life of our ducts and air conditioning. They worked with our air conditioning company to holistically repair our duct work to avoid moisture or other sequelae. They would do intermittent visits during the repair process to assure that everything was progressing as planned and at the end of the repair, they confirmed the outcome. I was incredibly impressed with their knowledge, ability to advocate for their clients and work with vendors to create the most optimal outcome. I definitely recommend them without reservation.
