I’m sorrry this is so late, Meziane. After going through probably every Google review for plumbers in Edmonton, I contacted AIM. I was having water come up through the concrete floor in the basement after weeks of a foul smell. Meziane came over, and as I had guessed, the 80 plus-year-old kitchen drain pipes underneath the basement floor had cracked. I was very worried, but Meziane quoted a reasonable price to repair them including digging up the floor and its restoration. He was very professional and gave me a timeline which he followed. Honestly speaking, I always hate having contractors come, but Meziane did a fantastic job from start to finish. I was so thankful to him for helping me solve this huge issue and for doing it for a reasonable price. He also fixed the leaky kitchen sink for me. I will absolutely call him again if the needed arises. Thank you very much, Meziane!

Mez from AIM Plumbing was fantastic! I had to replace my main water valve, and he came quickly, was very professional, and finished the job fast at a very reasonable price. Mezaine was right-on-time for the appointment; met me at the door with a nice smile and did not waste anytime getting the job done and completed. Mez came here promtley, fixed my plumbing issue, it was on the labor day weekend and it took him 3 hours but his rates were very fair. I would call him next time I need plumber. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you so Much Mez !!

Mezian did the plumbing for our commercial space. The previous plumber had to be let go due to too many issues. There were so many things done wrong and cheaply and Mezian brought them all up to standard. He’s very professional and personable and takes his time to explain things. Highly recommend.

I had a badly clogged sink. I'm nervous trusting new plumbers that I haven't worked with before. First of all, Mez is the friendliest person you will ever meet. He is a very hard worker. The clog was super super bad. He was able to fix this stubborn clog. He also fixed a broken pipe under the sink. His work is amazing and prices are super reasonable. My undermount kitchen sink fell out of place and pulled out of the pipes. Aim Plumbing was very quick in responding to my request and fixed my sink the same day after calling. They did a great job and I loved the service provided. Great job.

Had a leaking toilet late Saturday evening. Called a couple of the popular plumbing companies who both told me they couldn’t come out until Monday. Called Meziane at Aim and he was there within an hour(midnight on a weekend!). He was personable and efficient and replaced the leaking valve quickly. Wouldn’t hesitate to call him again for any future plumbing issues.

Was very impressed with the service from mez. My furnace went out, and i spent three days in a cold house. Calling around everywhere, and no other company would touch my furnace as it is very old. I was repeatedly told that it needed to be replaced. Mez came over and spent two days working tirelessly with full confidence that he could get me up and running again. He was very proffessional, and super helpful teaching me what he was doing every step of the way. I would highly reccomend him to anyone in need. To top things off, after he left i had the furnace still giving me trouble, he came back and made it all perfect that same day. Really impressed me, nice friendly, quick service. Thanks again Mez!

Had a plumber (Mez) from this company replace our sump pump. After a day, we noticed a leakage from the pipe and asked the person to fix it. It was an easy fix, but he did not care enough to do it on the first day when he installed the pump. A week later, an inspector mentioned that the choice of pump was clearly not up to the standard for the type of tank we have. We called Mez to address this, but he simply refused to do anything. We paid $700 for shoddy work that I have to redo. Update: just received a text message from Mez threatening to take me to court for my review.

It was easy to set up an appointment. He had great attention to detail during his work, and kindly answered extra questions I had about my hot water tank.

Excellent work. The issue (broken water heater) was quickly addressed, and the area was left much cleaner than it had been thanks to a very professional technician. Mez was responsive and provided his services at an extremely competitive price. Would recommend.

We had a great experience. Mez was able to come out next day after we were quoted a 12 day wait by another service company. He was fast, explained clearly what was wrong, and then took some time to walk me through the rest of the plumbing in my house to show me where I may find similar problems in the future. I'll be calling again if we need help.

Made a service call to look at my furnace, which was out of commission on one of the coldest days of the year. I was actually turned down by another furnace repair outlet because they were too busy, but Meziane made time and showed up during the window he offered and got the job done at a very fair price. As someone who does service work myself, I know that sometimes an issue can't be 100% resolved the first time, due to factors outside the control of the technician. That happened in my case, but Meziane made a quick repeat visit the same day, and followed up by phone later to make sure it was completely fixed. Definitely recommended.

The quality of work Was satisfactory; however the plumber was extremely unprofessional when I questioned his invoice, and above all Threatened to sue me if I posted this authentic google review. I saved the correspondence thread should I need it in the future. I paid the guy in full; however, In my opinion there are better class contractors out there to deal with and won’t be using him again.

Mez, a one of a kind genuine guy who I would recommend to anyone and everyone. He came out at midnight to help with a sewer issue and left around 2 when everything was done. His price was reasonable and he educated me about the plumbing in my house.

I don't write reviews, but when Mez asked me to I had no issues with it. He was the guy who showed up when multiple other companies didn't even return phone calls. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional all around. Would not hesitate to call him again.
