Honest and Trustworthy! I called Active Air after being quoted $1,500 by another vendor for a warranty repair on my 3-year-old Carrier unit. I spoke with Brian, who was surprised by the type of leak I supposedly had, given the unit's age. Long story short, Active Air was glad to do the repair for $400 less, but after inspecting the unit, they found no leak at all. Professional and Honest team! “Call us when you have an issue.” I wasn’t paid for this review, I just saved $1,500 thanks to Brian and his team at Active Air!

Bought the unit several years ago and it has worked well. A power outage and surge caused a problem. A man named John Henry came out to service it. He did a great job. John Henry was very polite and professional I highly recommend.

Don't waste your time. My dad had an appointment and no show. Rescheduled, was told 10am, and no show again. He waited at home all day and not even a call. Spend your money somehwere that cares about your bussiness.

The service tech (Griffin) was very professional. They arrived on time and did quality work. I would recommend Active Air to my family and friends for any HVAC work. You won’t find better quality people. These guys worked in the rain and made sure that they finished when promised. They didn’t leave a mess when they finished. I don’t know what else to say other than they are the best.

My air conditioner quit cooling on a Friday night. I actually got someone on the phone that night! He got here the next morning and immediately identified the problem and fixed it. He was quick, friendly, and efficient! I will definitely call them again. Excellent service!

Great service! He was quick and efficient. It only took him about 40 minutes to identify and fix the problem, after a competitor spent two hours here and could not figure it out. I will definitely use Active Air again!

Hottest day of year and my upstairs AC goes out. I called Active Air and Kim was so understanding of my situation and had 2 of their technicians at my house in 3 hours, AC diagnosed and fixed within 20 mins. The technicians were very professional and friendly. Active Air will be my first and only call for HVAC repair/service.

My a/c went out this past Sunday at 3pm. The heat of the day. Active air was out in about 30 mins and fixed it. Half a dozen other companies didn't even call back. Active air now has all of my future business.

Great company! After 2 very hot nights of no air-conditioning Terry was able to find and repair a difficult problem. Saved me alot of money by instead of just replacing replacing parts he took the time to find the real issue of a simple wiring problem. He was very professional and prompt. 5 stars is not enough for this company.
