I am extremely dissatisfied with the management of Aklima and the service they provided!!! This company is the most dishonest I've ever worked with!!! The management turned out to be cowardly, and the employees were extremely incompetent!!! Now to the crux of the matter: I had to install two heat pumps at two sites. When I contacted Aklima, I set the task of installing the best and most reliable equipment, and naturally, this equipment was the most expensive. After signing contracts and making all payments, the equipment was installed, and problems began almost from the very beginning. The equipment didn't meet the technical specifications, the technical calculations were incorrect, and, accordingly, the heat pumps didn't deliver the stated power. But the technical service refused to admit their mistakes and insisted that everything was fine, yet they began flushing and cleaning the heat pumps from the first month of operation, allegedly because the water system had been improperly started by Aklima employees. And then the real problems began: both heat pumps began to break down constantly and alternately. I filed a complaint demanding replacement equipment with higher-quality equipment, but each time I heard the technical service's excuses that they'd fix everything and get it done. Considering the pumps were constantly breaking down, and it took the company 3 to 6 months to fix them, the heat pumps were out of service during this entire time. When I asked why repairs were taking so long, the company replied that they didn't have a spare parts warehouse and needed to order them through the European office. Sometimes it turned out that they simply forgot to submit a request for spare parts. Consequently, by offering expensive equipment to the company, I knew in advance that I wouldn't be able to service the system. The breakdowns were so numerous that, for three years, the pumps were out of service for half the time. Currently, one pump has been out of service since September of last year (9 months). And for these three years, I made attempts to resolve the conflict and meet with the company's management, but management hid and refused to communicate. When I arrived at the office, the manager was either not there or was hiding. They only suggested I speak with managers, who didn't resolve the issues. And now the employees have simply stopped responding!!!

Good afternoon! Dear Aklim management, I have a huge request to make. Please don't ignore me! I'd like to express my sincere gratitude to your employee, Valery Naumenko, who works in the Dnipro office at 36A Pushkin Avenue. I'd really like the company's management to reward him with a bonus for his highly professional and creative approach to clients. It's been a year since I had my heat pump installed. The plumber, Vadim Glushinsky, handled the installation, and I've already mentioned him in my reviews. I contacted Valery regarding all the questions and concerns raised by this incompetent plumber. Valery stayed in touch with me throughout this entire process, visiting and testing the pump when necessary, and sending professional plumbers to perform the necessary pump-related work. During this time, many issues that were preventing the pump from operating correctly were resolved. He is currently adjusting and debugging the pump to ensure proper cooling performance. Dear management, thanks to employees like Valery, the company maintains its reputation and gains customers. I personally recommended many friends to buy a pump from Aklim. Don't lose such employees; motivate them. Thank you for such high-quality service!

They charged me 600.00 to put on a new thermostat, which took technician approximately 10 minutes and probably cost the company 10 bucks. They would not give me any price for that over the phone, and now I can see why. Total RIPOFF. instead of Southern Air, they should call themselves Southern Thieves

Do not use this company, extremely overpriced charged 1500.00 to put 6 valve/fittings to reconnect a line in the attic ( fittings/valves cost 1.50 each) then servicemen had to go back to shop to get tool to install fittings. Spent most of the time trying up-sell more work, when finally got to the job they were hired to do they spent a total of 7 minutes and were finished. I was told a manager would call to discuss and I am still waiting. Unorganized, Inefficient and Overpriced.

It was a terrible job upon finish. It was damaged left to my property. Water elite from the attic into the room where my pool table is kept. The water filled my pool table and now the pool table is no good and Southern Air. It seems like refuses to fix the damage and to replace the pool table. No one even wants to address the issue. Like who cares how he feels about it what we did to him. I need help and I will search to find it. It?s very clear that Southern Air does not care about their customers.

Over priced, Horrible service! Charged $65 to replace 2 AA Batteries in the thermostat! All they wanted was to upsell their annual maintenance plan. I will NEVER use them again! See photo attached.
