Very friendly staff that kept me informed every step of the way. Even though they were already busy with other jobs on the books they managed to work us in to replace our complete unit. Have zero hesitation referring All American Heating & Cooling. Very professional.

Our family has used All American Heating for years. The technician usually sent out to our family home is Red, an absolutely outstanding representative for the company. He is very personable and goes out of his way to make sure we are completely happy with each visit!

Reached out for quote on new Carrier heat pump. No call,email, nothing. Bought elsewhere.

Gave one price on the phone (reason I scheduled) then they show up & do the work. Suggest a cleaner product that I agreed to & knew it would be more for the product. Then they use my hose but dont put it back & then take 35 minutes to write the bill & its 3+ times the amount. After they still sit in my driveway for 20 more minutes (creeping me out). I call & the person who gave me the price now goes back on her word The tech left a mess.dropped things off my wall without putting back & creeping me out sitting in my driveway I used this company due to the great reviews but never again. I also spoke with another company & they agreed it was over charged & not normal business practices

After researching many local heating and cooling services, we chose All American Heat and Air Conditioning to replace a furnace and add A/C in our home. From the first time we met All American’s team, we found their employees to have a high level of service. Everyone was wonderful to work with. They offered to wear masks… which was important to us. They installed our furnace, they cleaned up well and were professional in all interactions. The final billing was in line with their estimate. We chose All American because of their good local reputation and their high ratings and reviews. They were recommended to us by others who had used this company. All American delivered the product they promised. Before, during and after the process, they earned our trust. They were professional and we were very happy with the outcome. To sum up our experience, we would highly recommend All American to anyone needing this type of service. We would definitely use them again.

I had a heating problem with my AC unit. All American tech was very professional, quick to identify the problem and fix it. The price was very reasonable. He perform complete check on AC unit and recommend other routine maintenance to avoid future break down. Outstanding and quick service without any pressure to overspend to my budget.

All American Heating is such a good company! They treat there customers with respect. The tech that came out was very knowledgeable and had us back up and running in a short time.

They're tech, "Red", is very polite, professional & friendly & always punctual. We have our HVAC serviced twice yearly & Red is always here at least 45 minutes & explains exactly what he does & what he found. Great customer service is scarce these days but not with this business.

I recently reviewed All American Heating and Cooling and expressed a problem with not having a call back on an upgrade we wanted to make. The owner of the business called me right away and followed up on my review. He apologized for not getting us the info we were looking for. It is very refreshing to work with a company that will admit they goofed and then they set it right. I told the owner that we were happy with the company and that we would continue to do business with them. I would recommend this business to anyone who lives within their service area. We had a great experience with AAHC! From the moment we called on Monday morning, they went above and beyond to help us. We had a tech out that morning, followed by sales to give us a quote. We couldn't wait any longer because our system was deemed unsafe. They provided space heaters for us to use until the new furnace could be delivered. By Thursday, we had a brand new system with all the bells and whistles! It was done professionally and beautifully with little to no interruption. Fantastic team of techs!!! Great customer service at the counter and they don't gatekeep knowledge. They quickly resolve your problem and share with you in detail how they resolved it. I personally love that when a specialty company is willing to borderline teach you what they did. We are very pleased with the services provided by American Heating and Cooling. The work they have done with our old house (built in 1868 with a boiler) and our new house where they installed and service our units has been excellent. The people in the office are very pleasant and our service person Jim Goodrich is outstanding.

We began having an issue with related to our coil, in a system that American Heating & AC had not installed. Being on their yearly maintenance plan, and feeling great about that service, I reached out for some help. The issue was not that easy to figure out, but they did not stop until resolved. Across several service techs, they were all very friendly and hard-working...and you knew they were going to take care of things. Net, all set now. Super service from the time they answer the phone to the time the job is done.

Excellent job with installing apco uv sterilizers - very professional and very responsive. Even went beyond in installing them in that they had to move things around to make them fit - they do it correct and will take the extra time to make sure it is done right. I will always use this service since it is a "well oiled" machine and very reasonable in price. The best part is that you can actually talk to a person when you call- very polite and responsive!!

Brian was awesome! Quick yet efficient and he made sure to explain what he was doing! I called at 10 am, he was here just before 11:30 am and we were all done and our AC was working great by 12:30pm!!!! We’ll definitely be using them again in the future if needed and recommending them to anyone that asks!!!

All-American installed my heating and air conditioning - including all duct work and vents - 25+ years ago. I have retained them for seasonal servicing of the unit to ensure it continues to run well and efficiently, and have always been treated with the utmost kindness, respect, and professionalism. We have been using American Heating for twelve years. They are always professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. Greg has been our service person most of that time and he always does an outstanding job! We also find Ginny, in the office, to be very efficient and always extremely pleasant.

This is the third time I have called on All American, in as many years, for various HVAC repairs. Their technicians are always very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. They have no problem explaining exactly what is going on and what Is needed. I do have an extensive mechanical and electrical background and could have done the repairs myself, I just don’t have the time. The assessments have been spot on with no unneeded parts or service. I have also found their prices to be very competitive. In fact, thanks to Jeff, I am so satisfied with their work that I will be contracting them for annual HVAC maintenance.
