This company was very responsive to our emergency call. The technician arrived on time, and went straight to work. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. He answered all questions, and was very helpful. The price was also reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone who needed help with their heating and cooling systems. The company is a pleasure to deal with.

Fantastic! This company has an unbelievably great work ethic and the desire to do things the right way! This was a huge job and they finished it on time (actually a half day early) and on the quoted price. The crews (at times we had 3 crews here) and supervisor were incredible craftsmen ... knowledgeable, approachable and a pleasure to have had in our house for 5 days. We have had nothing but great experiences with this local trustworthy business. Their estimates are very fair and they won’t try to sell you unnecessary products or services. They offer duct replacement services (which a number of similar businesses don’t because it’s not glamorous work or a big money maker). This company feels it’s important to offer the whole package to ensure as much efficiency in your home as possible. The owners and their employees are very professional, polite and hardworking. Even the ladies answering the phone are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The work they perform is excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone have trouble with ac/heat/duct work or water heaters. They will give you an honest opinion and you’ll be happy you called them.

I called and requested an AC service .Heather was very polite and prompt on getting me a appointment as soon as possible. Sam was my technician an was very kind and good on explaining what he was going to do. He cleaned and serviced my heat pump and air handler . After finishing he cleaned up explained what what he did . I will recommend this company to all my friends , family and coworkers.

The whole experience went very well. Setting up the appointment on the phone was pleasant as the specialist on the phone was very kind and courteous. The company sent out experienced and knowledgeable technicians. They arrived when they were scheduled and went right to work. They answered all the questions I asked and were great to deal with. I have had a geothermal water to air heat pump in my house for over 30 years. I have tried other HVAC organizations but I’ve had nothing but disappointment until I met Absolute Comfort. The system has worked flawlessly since they took over the maintenance and repair of my geothermal system. Since they replaced my 20 year old compressor a few years ago, they come by for routine maintenance every fall and spring. They are professional, clean, timely and without question the best and VA Beach!

We originally called during a winter snowstorm when we lost heat. Even though we had never used their services before, the response was fast and fixed our problem. We subsequently signed up for the annual service plan (to prevent future emergencies) and have been very happy with both the technicians that visit the house and the office staff handling our account. Professional, clean work, great communication.

Absolute arrived on time and gave me step by step information on the first day. Day 2 was perfect as well. Arrived on time, they gave us step by step instructions on when they would need to be in the home and what they were doing. They were curtious, professional, and went above and beyond our expectations. Scheduling and questions were always very easy and were answered right away. We have used Absolute Heating and Cooling in the past as well, to fix and clean our old units and each team we have had has always been top notch. I have a Heat Pump system that was installed by another company that is still under warranty with that company. That company sent a technician out to diagnose the system. He told me he was unable to diagnose the system because the breaker kept tripping and that he thought I might have a bad breaker, and estimated the replacement at $369. The following day, there was no follow up. No one returned, and after a full day of repeated calls by me and my wife I could not get an update on the status. I’m describing this to let you know how dire my situation was BEFORE I called Absolute Comfort; 2 days without A/C on very hot days and unable to get help from the company I’ve been doing business with for nearly 10 years. I called Absolute Comfort at 3:30 PM. They sent a Technician (Chris), who arrived less than 2.5 hours later. He reattached the wires (disconnected by the other company's technician), and reset the HVAC. The system has been running perfect. The service call fee was a little higher than I’m used to, but well worth it. I will definitely use Absolute Comfort again and recommend them to others. Chris was awesome. I wish I could remember who I spoke to on the phone, because she was extremely helpful as well. I sincerely apologize to her for not remembering her name.

Mr. Shook is awesome. He arrived as scheduled and gave me a quote which he explained in detail. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. His technicians were punctual and very proficient in installing the units. I have the units on a maintenance program and their office staff is very polite and call to set up appointments twice a year, spring and fall. When I have a question or an issue, their staff is very helpful and if a technician is required, they schedule in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Absolute Comfort Heating & Cooling.
