So originally they gave us a time frame of 8-11am, they showed up a little after 2pm…We had to reach out to them to see what the status was. But the picture says it all. We made a phone call after the service to let them know of the situation. Their response was “well if the unit isn’t damaged we’re good then right”…There was also another incident where the guy was balling up some trash and throwing it over our fence to where some of the construction is going on behind us…My fiancé told him not to do that and if he has trash he can easily put it in the trash can that was literally a few feet away from him… Customer name: Jesse Matuszak

Horrible delays on parts to fix a unit under warranty. They claimed the part would be here next day and it has now been 4 days without a part. Funny how they can’t even get a tracking number for the part. Good luck trying to get them to answer their phone too!

Update. Second unit out of three units just went down today after two years of use. They seem to install the very cheapest equipment. Be careful of this company.

Just had my house built a year ago at SPI Golf and the builder decided to go with Abe a/c…..big mistake. Terrible ductwork.

Installation went great! The employees are respectful and knowledgeable.

The store promises you one thing and they charge you labor two times and they rip you off big time.

UPDATE Got a call from the mgr Cesar who was very eager to respond and resolve our issue. He listened to our complaint, explained pricing structure and resolved our issue to a more reasonable outcome. Thanks to Cesar they have earned another opportunity for our business. (We previosly postedoften call in professional services for any maintenance and this has been the worst company. They were not upfront about the total cost. We paid almost $300 for 15 min service. We will not be calling again.)

I would recommend this company to anyone who asks, they are knowledgeable, dependable, respectful and courteous. Ali and Berny are two awesome people!! JOB WELL DONE!!
