I was pleasantly surprised by both A-Tech and their technician, Jonathan. A-Tech service utilizes state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment providing a detailed assessment of AC system performance. Their technician has detailed knowledge of system components and operation. In particular, Jonathan assesses component interactions to recommend proper maintenance and repair. Today I had a service technician from A-Tech come to my house to just check and see if my GOODMAN A/C unit was working as expected…. He said this is a new unit and he’ll take a look and see what he can find… Without having all the technical terms to pass on to you, he found several things that were working but not at 100%.. After a couple hours he walked me through everything he did and assured me that my unit was now working properly… His name was Jonathan and I give him and A/Tech a gold star ⭐️

I can't say enough good things about A-TECH and their crew. They are always fair, and their customer service is excellent. They were amazing last summer with helping us to nurse our old system through the hot summer until we could diagnose the leak. We just had them install a new AC system. Of course, the price was great, and the quality of the work was top-notch. Plus, they treat your home as if it were their own, cleaning up any mess. Johnathan from A-Tech is an amazing technician. He was on time, communicated constantly of his arrival time, friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions & explained step by step what he was doing. He allowed me to learn new things, take notes and even allowed me to take pictures of some of the tools he was using so I could order my own set. I’m one who likes to learn new things in order to better take care of myself. Along with that, my dog loved him at first sight. We all know dogs are a good judge of character.
