I have an aquaguard on my ac unit that shuts the ac off if a line is clogged. My ac went off at 6 30 pm so I called A Plus and Steve answered the phone and tried to help me unclog the line giving instructions over the phone to save a service call. I could not figure it out so he had a service man... Tim , come out first thing in the morning. Tim fixed the problem and explained in detail how to fix the problem in the future. The service call was half of what anyone else would have charged. What a great company and great customer service. Couldn't be happier.

I had an A/C drain line problem. I called A-plus at about 9am and Steve told me he could be out at 4pm the same day. At 3:55 he was at my door and went right to work. By 5 he had the problem fixed and to say I wad happy was an understatement. A-plus was fast and super friendly so I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

It took 3 e-mails for someone to call me. Did not clean my dryer vent which was part of the package I bought. The technician did not know what the package I bought consisted of. Tried calling 3 times to get them back to finish the job and no one calls back or picks up the phone.

Unit failed to turn on. Called company set up appt between 11-1 tech showed up at 11:30. diagnosed system gave estimate, replaced part. system was up and cooling in 30 minutes. cleaned up area double checked system. accurately invoiced service call. Quick efficient reasonable priced . will use again.

Very friendly! In and out in 30 mins and arrived on time. The cost was very reasonable and the invoice was simple and easy to understand and read. I absolutely recommend this company!!

Bob & his team were recommended by McFall Builders and I can see why. They were very professional in removing the old units and installing the new ones. In fact the first floor unit was removed from the garage floor (It took up so much space my car would not fit in the garage) and installed over the entry door. They use wide filters which was important to control the dust as we renovated our home. They are available if a problem crops up and prompt to handle it. We appreciate them and are happy to recommend them.

The first day we moved into the house, the air conditioning went out. It was a motor that burned out. We bought the best of systems, highly efficient and all that good stuff. The cost was $9600 but they gave me a $900 credit card that I could spend on anything. They hauled away the old units. They also had to redo the concrete slab because the new unit would not fit on old slab.

I have automatic service for inspection. The $160 is for the year. We've had them for 5 years.

They really do deserve an A+. Especially Rick the service tech; he's A++++++++++++++++++ !

The crew of 3 men were very professional and polite. After the work was completed, they swept the entire garage and even coiled the water hose they used. Owner came over and fully programmed and explained how to use the new thermostat. The crew showed up on time and called ahead before they arrived. I selected this company because they are a factory authorized dealer for the brand unit I wanted. Also, they were the only company out of the 4 that gave me quotes that followed up with a phone call.
