First of all, the electrical firm I usually use could not address my problem for a week. I found Brett on Angie's List, called him, left a message detailing my problem and he called me back first thing on the next day. He advised me on the phone that I should turn off the circuit breaker for that outlet and although he was booked out for many weeks, said that he would try and help me later that day.  <br /> Brett was at my house by 3 in the afternoon and fixed my problem by 3:30. He also explained what happened, showed my why the outlet panel burned, and explained how I could ensure that all my other outlets were performing properly. <br /> I so appreciated his prompt response to my problem and that he took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why. In  the future, I will be using 123 Electric for all my electrical issues! <br />

Brett was incredible. His estimate was spot-on. The work was completed within the time scheduled. His work is professional and it was a pleasure to do business with him. He doesn't take shortcuts and is respectful of your living space. I highly recommend him.
