Tobin has been taking care of my house for 18 years and I have continually recommended them to friends. Polite, responsive and always helpful. Mason has been my "go-to" for the last several years and was thorough with my new furnace and heat pump. No one enjoys writing a check for large items household needs, but I know that my house is in great hands with Mason and the rest of the team!

I called before they opened this morning and left a message. Donna called back minutes after they opened. Even though they were fully booked, they squeezed us in. The furnace motor needed to be rebuilt. They had it done quickly and professionally. They also called 45 minutes out to let me know they were on the way. We will definitely use them again.

Called on January 2nd (holiday). Repairman came out following day as scheduled and fixed problem with new part. Everything done on time and professionally.

Tobin came out on time as planned, despite the fact that they'd experienced a death of a team member the day before. The rep was very nice and service was great. They diagnosed low freon and solved the issue. A/C ran well the rest of the summer. Thank you, Tobin.

Very prompt and helpful. Explained the problem, showing me the build up of soot on the flame sensor. Cleaned the sensor, reinstalled it and got my furnace working very quickly. Great service, honest and reasonably priced. I will call on Tobin again for routine maintenance and repairs.

My furnace wasn't working and we were in for a cold night. Even though they are already booked for the night they got me on the first available list and answered my questions. They called before 8AM and technician was here by 930 AM. They fixed the problem by simply cleaning the flame sensor. No need for expensive repairs or equipment. This was a huge relief.

I have done business with them at least twice over the past several years and came to them this time for a second estimate. They were very responsive and came out quickly to provide the estimate. The estimate was fair and beat my first estimate by hundreds of dollars. I accepted the estimate and the work was done a couple of days later. They were the nicest people to deal with and I was left feeling appreciated and valued as a repeat customer. I won't go anywhere else with my future ac and heating needs. Since these are rental units they had to meet the tenant's schedule and Tobin was very flexible, allowing me to change install dates with little notice. The furnaces were replaced by Theron and John who did meticulous work. Passed city inspection with ease. <br /> <br />Competitive pricing, skilled employees, and ZERO problems.

Contacted Dave Tobin late on a Saturday night, he was able to come on Sunday morning and spend a fair amount of time working to figure out the problem.  I had to leave town Monday morning before he could replace the ignitor so I gave him access to my house and he had the  furnace working by the end of Monday. <br />

I picked Tobin based on their BBB rating and Angie's List ratings. Their service exceeded my expectations.  <br /> I wanted annual maintenance on my a/c so I knew it was in good shape for the summer. Dave took the time to show me the things he was checking, why he was checking them, and why the readings indicated the a/c was in good shape. He explained what I can do to keep the a/c in good shape and more than once said, "Do (such and such) before you call me" and "Save your money and do (such and such)." I fully trust him and felt like he is interested in my long term business (based on a relationship of trust) versus trying to make a quick buck selling things I don't need. What a refreshing change of pace from many other companies! <br /> I will be a life long customer of Tobin and recommend them highly! <br />

I have used them a couple of times, and they are wonderful. I also think that they are very trustworthy. They did an excellent job. They are certainly very friendly and very knowledgeable. They are about half what other companies cost. I would definitely recommend them with no reservations at all. They are just great. It is hard to find a good heating company; it really is. I also had a problem; I was blowing gas. So, I had them out the second time and they came out the next morning. I think that is good as anybody would do. They are right on-time. I would absolutely use them again. In fact, I am going to need some repair work, and we are just waiting for a nice day. They got me on their list. Whenever the weather is right, they will come out and make the repair.

I called Tobin to find out why the A/C in my rental house had quit working.  They diagnosed the problem as a burned out blower motor, and then when that was replaced they found that the controller board was intermittent so that was replaced as well.  After the board was replaced, they confirmed that the A/C refrigerant pressures were OK so no other repairs were needed.  Phil, the serviceman, was exceedingly competent and helpful and discussed the issues with both me and my tenant carefully.

We've been using them for 3 years. They are a family company and we really like a small company that does what they are doing. They really knew how to work with the existing ductwork and they offered a lot of extra special attention. They really were a warm company to work with.

I live in an older home with existing ducts for a forced air furnace, but never had AC. We e-mailed Tobin and several other companies on a Sunday evening inquiring about getting a bid on AC installation. Tobin called first thing Monday morning. The other companies called a week later or not at all. <br /> They walked around the house and showed exactly what needed to be done to install a unit. When we had a question after their visit, they responded quickly. They never tried to sell anything we didn't need. A week later we accepted the bid. They were out a couple days later and after a few hours we had AC! During the installation, they needed to run the hoses differently than planned and checked before making any changes.

THEY ANSWERED THEIR PHONE PROMPTLY AND WERE ABLE TO SCHEDULE A REPAIRMAN WITHIN 24 HOURS. THE REPAIRMAN CHECKED THE OLD FURNACE AND REPORTED IT HAD A BACKDRAFT PROBLEM THAT COULD NOT BE REPAIRED.

Tobin was quick and efficient at getting us an estimate and the installation. We had a couple of issues after the install, but they took care of them in a timely manner. Overall they did a good job. The crew and Diane (phone coordinator) were a pleasure to work with.

I've only had the engineering study done. I have not contracted for service, yet.

Dave and his staff were all great throughout the entire project. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
