Horrible Company to get parts from when you need to replace components for Greenheck units. Never answer the phone. You leave a message; they never call back. They definitely to get better organized to provide better customer service.

Horrible service from begging to end. Ramsey or anyone will not return calls or emails. In my opinion the only reason they are in business is because they are a rep WE have to use for various suppliers. They cornered the market and just don't care. You have no other option but to tolerate their abuse.

We do so much business with CFM and a ton of parts on a regular basis but, we all thoroughly dread having to speak with the receptionist. We would hope any company would want someone answering their phones to be helpful and polite as that is the "voice of the company"

Horrible customer service! The employees DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. It takes on average 4 days to get back to you then another week for parts to order. Then you get the parts (another week) and they are INCORRECT! This is not how you do business; I'm surprised you're still in business. Thanks for getting my customers mad at me!! You are forced to get parts here because they supposedly can get the parts. I really hope another part store open up or starts carrying these parts. If you can avoid going here don't go.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We have spent the last two years in court with this company. They have taken no responsibility for the injury they caused or their poor business practice. Doug was very nice until something went wrong and then we saw his true colors as well as his companies. In short, CFM Company Inc. came in and installed cabinets into our home. In doing this they removed our TV without us asking them to do so in order for them to finish behind it. While doing this their men lost a piece to our TV mount, and openly admitted to doing so. The told us they would find it when they cleaned it up. The next day they told us they had thrown the piece away but that the mount would be fine without it. Long story short, later that day the TV fell off the wall on top of me causing me to fall backward and hit my head (this is a 70 inch TV and I am 5’3” and weigh 115lbs). I had to go to the hospital and was diagnosed with a sever concussion. Not once did Doug or his company step up, ask how I was doing, and even think to offer to make things right. Further, they did not finish the cabinets which were not built correctly and covered two lights that they were not supposed to. In court with each appeal they put us through Doug came up with a new lie and a new story each time. This company is dangerous, they do not finish their work, and put our family in danger. I rarely write negative reviews but I feel it is important for others to know what we went through and how poorly we it was handled so that you do not have to go through the same thing. BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS DISHONEST AND DOES HORRIBLE WORK.

As I've worked with CFM on another project and was quite pleased, we called them back when we wanted to install a new closet organizer in our master closet and build a wardrobe into a recessed niche in the master bedroom. <br /> Salesman/designer Doug returned, reviewed our spaces and my multitude of ideas and helped us decide on a final and cost-effective plan.  A few weeks later final drawings arrived for our approval, and we received samples of finished wood to confirm our desired stain choice.  At that point we were put into the construction queue.  About a month and a half later they arrived to install.  The first day they were a couple hours later than expected, though we did get a phone call letting us know they were on the way. <br /> Installers were very professional and conscientious, carefully cleaning up at the end of each day.  One small mis-hap occured with our slate floors, but they were able to make an undectectable repair for us. <br /> Now we love going into our tidy and well organized closet, and the built-in wardrobe is beautiful and well made. <br /> <br /> <br />

This review is a followup to my earlier review. After the original cabinet installation went bad on several counts, Doug contacted me and offered to correct the faults and flaws, all of which were easily correctable. Within a week changes were made to the design, the cabinet doors were reworked and now hang evenly, and the shelves are now all level. I am very happy with what I have now. Doug explained that part of the reason for not being more in touch during the design phase was a death in the family and a change in email address. Regardless, all's well that ends well.
