Con artists is the best way I can describe these guys. I purchased the deal through living social for the air duct cleaning for $49. The technicians came out, they were nice and personable, although one of them reeked of liquor. My first red flag was when they wanted to charge me an extra $100.00 just for the duct cleaning with additional charges such as difficult to access vents (on the ceiling? isn't that where vents usually are? my ceiling isn't high...) and a sanitizing service that I'm 90% sure was not even performed. They also recommended a furnace cleaning for another 100.00. I should have just sent them away at that point but in my life time is valuable, they were already there, I've already paid for the voucher, and since they seemed so good and trustworthy I just agreed to let them proceed. They proceeded, and I did not feel the need to follow them and check their work so my husband and I went about our daily lives. They were friendly, but one asked me to go clean off a vent for him while he worked on the ducts, which I found strange but I did so. Then less then 45 minutes later they told me they were done. I signed a form stating that they job was done and off they went. Something told me that something wasn't right though, so I looked online to see how long a duct cleaning should take. 3 hours is the average for just a duct clean, not including a "sanitizing service" which again, I'm pretty sure they didn't even perform. So I started taking vent covers off to check their work and lo and behold, there was ducts that had not been cleaned at all, they were filled with carpet bits and hair. There was even one vent cover that had been painted over and was still sealed, telling me that they hadn't even taken the vent off. My husband then called them and left a message to advise them that the job had not been completed and asked them to call him back, but they did not ever attempt to call back. I would complain to their supervisor but I found out one of they guys who came out and the person we tried to call about the unfinished job is actually the owner of the company.  I am sadly disappointed because they were such nice guys and could easily have a thriving business, ran in an honest way. Now, checking other online reviews I see I am not the only one who has been duped by them.

Came to my house and made a MESS.   Took down ceiling vents and cut the <br /> ceiling.  Did not put up vents flush to ceiling.  Not concerned about <br /> it.  Said it was normal to cut ceiling to get vents out. Rude and not <br /> cooperative. I used an Amazon Local coupon and got typical bait and <br /> switch.  $39 for $300 service but when the "extras" were added back in <br /> it was $299.  20 point furnace inspection consisted of opening up door <br /> and seeing how dusty it was.   I would NEVER use this service again.

We couldn't be happier with our service from Prestige Maintenance Care. Jesus was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. We are thankful to have found him. I highly recommend using him for any HVAC needs. He replaced both our AC and furnace.

We will use them again.
