They are incredible! We had another company out and they could not figure out the issue over a full week so we went with Apex. Apex came out quickly to our small bbq restaurant and fixed a walk in refrigerator problem in less then an hour They are very professional and kind and know what they are doing. Apex is the best!

Gabriel and his team are some of the friendliest, yet most knowledgeable techs I’ve ever come across in this industry. Gabriel’s ability to efficiently diagnose and then convey the issue in layman’s speak while maintaining respect and transparency is something rare. Got these guys out at 11pm on a Thursday for a walk in cooler that was down and they made it a priority over the next 18hrs to get us back up and running before the busy weekend. Would recommend 10/10

Tech came out and performed *some* work, but failed to address all of the issues. Temperature probe was re-wired, good. But Brain was still keeping my free standing commercial refrigerator unit 9 degrees average above setting, and floating within a 7 degree range, both issues I insisted needed to be addressed. After spending only 5 minutes waiting to see that the compressor would not short cycle, the tech left without addressing my other concerns. They answered one phone call saying they would come back, but were very slow to respond to additional communication from their Thursday evening service through Monday mid-day. They eventually did all of the repairs required, but it was a 3 week process with 3 on site visits, additional communication failures, and missed appointments.
