Guthrie replaced my heating and air conditioning units in the past. Excellent work with very fair prices. Now they come twice yearly to do a tune up, replacing filters,etc. Their staff are knowledgeable and professional. They arrive on time, get the work done and always leave a clean workspace. Excellent service. Thank you!

Before giving a review for a major purchase, I like to wait awhile to be sure that it performs in a manner that meets my expectations. My HVAC system has been in for 6 months now and has been efficient and trouble-free. The installation team was friendly and professional, answered all my questions, arrived and completed their work on time, and cleaned up after themselves.

They provided a detailed quote with several options. I chose the middle one, and they got it done promptly with no problems.

There were no problems and everything went fine.

It went very well. My experience overall with Guthrie & Sons was very good. Based on how they handled the proposal interaction and actual installation, I would definitely recommend them. The person who provided me with a quotation was very professional. He answered all my questions and put clarification, wording into the agreement that I requested. Two Technicians performed the entire installation in one business day. I will now wait to see how they respond to my first annual call to inspect and service the equipment and any follow up calls. I do not anticipate any problems or issues based on my overall experience. They are a very professional company and group of people.

I don't know where to begin with this company. I booked them a month in advance for a day when my business would be closed. It was to fix the ac, in july, a very hot month. They came out a month before to give me a written quote (which I still have). They were the most expensive quote by far but went with them because they were so called reliable. My staff called them the week before (on a thursday) under my orders to confirm of the service repair scheduled for monday. They said yup, all good see you monday. Friday comes around and they cancel my repair bc they do not have the correct information to fix the repair. I was unhappy to say the least, they had a month to get this and we called previously to confirm. They send a technician out TWICE that day to find the serial number, mind you in my busy business. The unit was painted so they kept complaining they couldn't find it bc it was painted...again this is your job and your screw up, not mine. At this point our ac is now unusable bc they keep opening the unit and not putting it back together. Fast forward to monday and the owners son wants to take a look at it, he only made things worse. He calls me with an attitude claiming he came out to my business out of the kindness of his heart to look at. I was unhappy to say the least, thats what you do when you own a business, you fix your employees screw ups. Since they last minute had to come on Monday, a day when my business is normally closed I had to beg an employee to go in and let them in since I was out of town. I come to find out, this married business of Guthrie and Sons said thee most inappropriate things about my employees chest size. Asking where she got her boobs done bc they looked nice. I was absolutely appalled. I wanted to fire them on the spot but it was supposedly getting fixed the next day. Come to tuesday a very YOUNG to say the least technician came out, couldn't fix the unit because he again ordered the wrong part and had no clue what he was doing. As he was outside their receptionist called to explain they again had the wrong part so couldn't fix our unit that day and the employee packed up and left. I fired the company after that.

The installers were very helpful and came back a few days later, at my request, to balance the flow of heated air through-ought the entire house. Based on my experience with them so far I would definitely recommend them,

They always call to remind me when it's time for an appointment, their service people are on time, take care to wear "booties" in the house to keep the floors clean, and are good at explaining exactly what they saw each time, what is normal, etc.

Extremely well. From the moment the representative reviewed our needs and gave us a quote, to the point that we obtained the City Permit for the work, everything was handled competently and professionally. This is a wonderful company that I would hire again in a heartbeat!

Unit stopped working shortly after due to motor part. When I had them come back out to look at it the estimate given to replace part was much higher than other quotes sober had another company repair it

The service man came into our home and was very respectful. He performed the tune-up and offered solutions for HVAC systems.
