It was a pleasure having your team work on our home during our remodel, including installing the heating and AC unit in our historic craftsman home. Most recently, Ian helped us out of a tough situation... coming to our home on Thanksgiving Day to resolve an issue with our tankless water heater. The gas company had shut off our gas the evening before due to a reported gas smell, and Ian not only took our call that night but also arrived first thing Thanksgiving morning. He had everything fixed and running smoothly before our Thanksgiving dinner. Thank you again, Ian and the entire DC Plumbing team! Outstanding service! Highly recommended.

Damien did a great job at hooking up our washer and dryer. Was very patient and knowlegable. Fixed right the first. Also ask him to look at our new dishwasher and garbage diposal. Both had problems and he took care of of them. There again fixed right the first time. He took his time to diagnose what had to be done. I'll be using him if we have any more problems. Great job!!!!

DC Plumbing came out to look at our water heater. I have to say that Damian and his assistant were some of the most professional and courteous technicians I have ever come across. They diagnosed the problem (old water heater, needs to go), went straight out to buy a new one, then came back and had it installed in no time. Outstanding job by these guys!

Dave’s team did an awesome job in replacing an aged A/C unit in our home, and also performing much needed service on our tankless water heater. DC Plumbing to the Rescue! My mom’s lives on the bottom floor of a 4-plex and her bathtub filled up with shit water. Horror. DC came out within 3 hours on a Saturday and after many diagnostics, taking toilet off, snaking and other things, resolved her issue after nearly 4 hours of being onsite. Colin was very professional, thorough, and did an emasculate clean up with bleach. Excellent, skilled tradesman. Thank You, DC. This young man deserves a raise.

I had DC Plumbing install a mini split A/C system in a bedroom, fix a sump pump, and install an expansion tank on our hot water heater. The team of Damian, Jordan, Robert, and Rob were experienced, efficient, pleasant, and neat. Last year DC Plumbing installed a whole house water filter and a leak detection system for us. We’re always happy with their work and fast response.

DC Plumbing took care of our pipe leak in a timely fashion and was very professional and clean. They were able to come out and take care of the problem the same day. I would recommend them for all of your plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs, top service!!!

After purchasing a home, we had DC Plumbing out to help us with our furnace that had been “red-tagged” by the gas company. The technician was honest and thorough explaining the issues and offering solutions. Dave (the owner) became personally involved in our decision weighing all the pros and cons including the ultimate decision to move forward with the installation of a new heat pump and air handler. Though we looked a lot other options for due diligence we ultimately went with DC Plumbing because of their responsiveness, follow-up and quality recommended solutions. The entire experience with the DC Plumbing team was excellent including communication, responsiveness, delivery, installation and final walk through. Though it was an unexpected expense, we are confident we made the right decision and super happy with the end-result. I highly recommend DC Plumbing if you are looking for good honest people with quality products they stand behind.

**WARNING** DO NOT USE I am writing this formal review to express my profound disappointment with the abysmal customer service provided by DC Plumbing. Despite the commendable efforts of their service representative, Damian, the overall experience has been nothing short of disastrous. My interactions with the company, specifically with the owner Dave, have left me feeling thoroughly frustrated and unsupported. The crux of my dissatisfaction lies in the fact that I engaged DC Plumbing for a seemingly straightforward issue: a persistent leak in my bathroom. I paid for a total of four service calls, each supposedly aimed at resolving this single problem. Regrettably, despite the substantial financial investment of over $2500, the issue remained unresolved after these repeated attempts. Furthermore, the lack of responsiveness from the owner, Dave, is particularly troubling. In a situation where open communication and transparency are vital, I found Dave's attitude to be utterly dismissive and unprofessional. After the first three service calls failed to rectify the issue, I attempted to contact Dave to discuss the ongoing problem and seek a solution. To my dismay, my attempts were met with silence. Not only did Dave fail to respond to my inquiries, but he also took the shocking step of blocking my phone number, effectively cutting off any means of communication. The only positive aspect of my interaction with DC Plumbing was the exceptional service provided by Damian, the service representative who attended all four service calls. Damian's dedication, professionalism, and diligence in attempting to resolve the issue were truly commendable. His efforts underscore the stark contrast between his commitment to his job and the glaring shortcomings of the company's customer service as a whole. In conclusion, my experience with DC Plumbing has been marked by sheer frustration and a profound sense of disappointment. The lack of accountability demonstrated by the owner, Dave, and the repeated failures to address the underlying issue despite substantial financial investment have left me disheartened. It is my hope that this review serves as both a critique of the company's subpar customer service and an acknowledgment of Damian's outstanding performance amid unfavorable circumstances. Prospective customers deserve a reliable and responsive service provider. Unfortunately, DC Plumbing falls far short of meeting these expectations. I had a broken faucet that was constantly dripping a large amount of water all day and all night, so I contacted DC Plumbing. Damian, the technician, was able to install a new faucet and replaced the rusty old hose which was dripping under the sink - I was unaware. Damian was very professional and had everything needed to complete the job on the spot! Thank you very much Damian and DC plumbing for a job well done! I definitely will use DC plumbing again in the future!!!

You really don't know how important hot water is until you don't have it.... Dave and he team at DC plumbing are true partners in every sense of the meaning. This last Saturday night my water heater blew out which cut off all the hot water in my home. I immediately called my home owner warranty company and they got me in contact with DC Plumbing who showed up at my house 28 minutes later. I was kind of skeptical at first, because obviously Contractors that work with Home Warranty are doing so at a discount rate and from my past experience they don't really pay attention to detail and try to show up and leave just to collect the service call. To my amazement, Mitch (technician from DC Plumbing) spent at least 45 minutes at the house diagnosing the problem and scheduled the report for the home warranty company to be delivered first thing Monday morning when they opened. I would like to say everything from that point went smoothly, but with all warranty companies- there is always something... Long story short Dave (owner of DC Plumbing) and myself spent the next 48 hours calling the warranty company to get the replacement Water Heater... In the meantime he had his crew standing by to come straight to my house to install. It is very rare that I have worked with a company referred by the home warranty company fighting to get the replacement unit in a timely manner. Once the unit was finally available for pick up, Dave had his team back at my house with in 30 minutes and it was installed within the next 45 minutes.... I can't tell you how thankful I am for Dave and his team. If you are looking for an honest plumber who really cares about getting your problem fixed, DC Plumbing is that company. Thanks again Dave and team. PS. Cold Showers suck in the winter!

Dave and his team have been responsive and transparent on what jobs would cost. They are prompt, clean and extremely knowledgeable on what is needed. From pinhole leak repairs to complete repairs on sinks and toilet. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Thanks DC Plumbing.
