I had these guys make a custom exhaust cabinet for my paint booth and they are probably some of the most honest and nice people I’ve worked with in a while. Thanks to the owner and the technician!!!

First service on our mini splits after buying house and boy, did they need it! Scott explained the process as they cleaned. Neil did not give up when a tiny support piece went flying off the unit and found it so no parts order needed. Both made sure to explain importance of monthly filter cleaning and made sure I was comfortable removing and replacing them. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is well taken care of...we will be using Mountain Air to keep our home cool in the summer and warm in the winter!

I had the need to contact MOUNTAIN AIR this past Saturday of LABOR DAY WEEKEND. To my surprise and delight, the owner himself called me while on vacation in British Columbia!!! Who gives that kind of service anymore, well MOUNTAIN AIR still does. I have been treated so well by the owner, Laura the office guru, and Daniel the technician. I would give 10 * if I could. I’m gushing about how much they impressed me, all around.

We called Mountain Air because we smelled plastic burning. They came out and found there was an issue with the furnace but luckily the part was still under warranty. They said the labor would run about $1,000 - fees were $95 per hour and it would take 2 guys about 5 hours. The technicians were at the house for about 4 hours yet we were billed $1600 in labor making the rate $200 per hour for each guy. We called to complain and was told the owner would call us back. He never called. We will never use these people again and if you use them - get it in writing what the hourly rate is or they will rip you off too.

This company failed. The technician came out and did not check to see if our system was venting properly outside. I told them to check the system for safety since we were experiencing an exhaust smell in the home. This leak could have caused death! The owner came out and saw only after I pointed out to him, at the end of his service call, that there was a leak, that something was wrong with the system and it needed to be replaced. Still charged me for a service call even though we all could have died! Bad business!

Ken worked me in at a busy time of year when our swamp cooler failed. The tech who responded needed access that he couldn't get on the first visit (I wasn't there). That did not cause him to slap a solution together. We made a follow up appointment and he fixed the problem fast.

I've used this company a couple times, Yes- I have read the reviews ! I personally have a little background in HVAC (enough to get me in trouble !) , However, These people know what they're doing . They not only recognized What my HVAC needs were- But, Helped me to achieve those goals at a reasonable cost without doing what we all dread . All the while - giving me knowledge on Future necessary requirements for my Home system ! Thanks Mountain Air for your help (even the extra tape ) .

This company is an absolute joy to work with, whether you are speaking to someone in the office or a technician. They have always taken their time to explain to me exactly what was going on with a unit, and make sure I understand completely before walking away or hanging up.

Every time I've had to use them, they've been prompt, efficient, professional and have never tried to rip us off by trying to sell us something we don't need.

Very un-professional I would highly recommend someone else. Even scheduling and talking to the receptionist was a struggle she was very rude and kept interrupting me while I was talking.

Heater had been working intermittently making it hard to fix. They willingly came out three separate times to try and fix the problem within a few hours.
