I’ve been utilizing Alberto and his business for the last 4 years. I had a 20 year old unit that has been giving me trouble year after year. He and his son have always been professional and responsive. I recently had them accomplish a full system replacement. Not only was his pricing fair, his crew was timely and considerate. They managed to fix all the issues, get a new system installed and I couldn’t be more happy and relieved. I’ve recommended his business to everyone I can over the years and will continue to do so. Would choose him and his expertise over any of the other names in the Central Valley.

Alberto and his son did an amazing job with our a/c unit. He helped us get it running cold ❄️ air again and even fixed the rattling noise that was happening. They were very knowledgeable and honest. He ended up doing more for us and even gave us tips to make our central a/c and heating unit last longer. Customer service and rates were fantastic! After being told that we need a new HVAC system by another vendor, Alberto came and fixed the unit for a fraction of the cost. He replaced the compressor and recharged the freon, and even went ahead and did maintenance and replaced one capacitor that caused the compressor to blow out. He is honest and reliable. I had my A/C go out Friday night, of a three day weekend. I tried calling my two normal A/C people and both couldn't get to it till Tuesday. (It was over 100F Sat-Mon). I looked on Yelp and found 1st Call. I called Alberto Saturday morning. He said he would come by later in the day. By time he got there it was almost 8 pm (I figured I would have gotten a call to cancel). He looked at my issue, dead blower motor, and said he wouldn't be able to get one till Tuesday. True to his word he was able to get the part and install it. My Trane HVAC uses a variable speed blower motor that has a computer chip in it. It died about 7 years ago. He said the Trane blower was $2,000, but he might be able to get a non-smart blower for $1,000. I ask to try the cheaper option since the expensive option only lasted 7 years last time. Only time will tell if I made a good choice. Thanks for finding options. First Call is a name/number I'm saving. I'll use him for my office HVAC's as well.

ncredible service! My AC unit suddenly began making loud noises, and out of 5–6 companies I contacted, this was the only one willing to come out immediately — and on a Monday evening no less. It turns out the last technician had tampered with the wiring, apparently trying to cause a failure down the line. These folks quickly diagnosed the issue, corrected the wiring, and had my system back up and running — all for a very fair price. I couldn’t be more grateful for their honesty, responsiveness, and professionalism. They’ve earned my trust, and I now consider them my go-to HVAC company for life. Highly recommended!

I saw 1st Call HAVC company van in my neighborhood and called. Alberto gave me a same day appointment which was amazing because we were in triple digits. The company I used before was a scam and drained all my refrigeration trying to get me to purchase a new unit. Alberto came and replaced the refrigerant. Within 2 hours me and my family was very please with his professional approach and very knowledgeable awareness of the HVAC unit. Hi everyone! a few days ago from today's date, my ac stopped working. I didn't know what to do or who to call. The last time I had the ac serviced, another company over charged me . Judging that it could be the same problem again, I wanted to be more cautious on which business that would come out and service the ac, especially coming out to an rural area because sometimes businesses could charge more-another add on. As soon as I began my search First Call Heating Air Conditioning Service appeared with 5 stars and 25 rating reviews that serves the Patterson Ca area. I read every last one of the reviews and decided that I will give them a call. Just like the reviews of each customer and their observation, the work that this business has done doing their job is outstanding! I met with the owner himself Mr. Roberto and his employee. I explained what could have possibly been wrong with the ac and the experience I had from other business that serviced the ac from before. He took a look at the ac and told me what was wrong with it and gave me an reasonable estimate. Onsite when meeting Mr. Alberto and his employee you can tell that they are people with a kind heart and good spirit, and that's what I seen You can tell that the reputation of this business has good structured values that has earned it's 5 star rating in the google world. He also took a look at the water heater because my dog Buster chewed the wires up. He fixed the wires and re-lit the pilot. Great Job done! I really appreciate the service and all the work done. I'm a satisfied customer! I recommend this business it is locally established, the business has great community values of respect for the homeowner/renter property, they are reasonable and honest when troubleshooting the problem of what could be wrong with the ac etc. and they don't try to talk you into agreeing ,or doing something that you feel pressured to do. Alberto is incredible: honest, resourceful, responsive and understanding. Rats had chewed through all of the plastic parts of our furnace, and Alberto was available to come out the same day I called. I expected to pay a massive diagnostic fee, but Alberto was ready to repair when he arrived! He replaced all of the damaged parts, and when the factory replacements were exorbitantly expensive, he found ways to repair them rather than replace. I should be clear: I don’t expect that will always be the case with parts, but for us, he made a point to look for solutions that were safe and reasonable. He took time to test the unit and his repairs, ensuring it was up to par before calling the job done. He will be my first call for any HVAC repairs!!

Alberto was very thorough and spent extra time to make sure our AC system was working at peak efficiency. He had the latest equipment to monitor all system information including hi and low pressures, incoming and out going line temperatures. The amperages were check on the compressor and the fan and everything was recorded on the invoice. This is the best this system has worked in the last ten years.
