Greg's Heating & A/C

Our AC went out in this current heat wave, we live in Chico and placed a few calls to the local HVAC companies with no response. Brian answered the call on the 1st attempt and said he would have his technician reach out to us, within an hour Justin had called me back and fit us into his schedule. We are extremely happy with Greg’s Heating and Air, Justin’s professionalism and promptness were amazing. We will only be doing our HVAC business with Greg’s from now on even though they’re 30 miles away

Shout out to Brian! We had an issue with a service and I left a vm. Brian called me back first thing the next morning. He allowed me to explain why I was slightly upset. He never interrupted, never made an excuse, he simply went out of his way to make things right. I myself work in customer service and my husband is a tech for a cable/internet/security company so we know mistakes happen. I also like to give credit where credit is due. Rather than leaving a bad review I want to let the company know I appreciate them making things right. Actually, they went above that as all I wanted was to not not be charged for a previous visit that was not handled properly. Brian is going above by returning in Spring to do a maintenance at no charge. Thank you for not only doing what's right, but also going above!!!

Called Greg’s heating and air to service our HVAC. They sent a technician out here who did a very thorough job. Polite and very respectful. Would definitely recommend this comping to anyone

We have had at least three other HVAC companies come to trouble shoot our AC freezing up but to no avail. We called Greg's and they came within 24 hours and figured it out in just a matter of minutes. It's been about 3 months now, and the ac is still running great! They are reasonable in price and know what they're doing! We accidentally knocked the thermostat off the wall and they made time after their work day to swing by and install a new thermostat also at a reasonable price.

Wonderful, was able to buy some fuses that no one else around even sells, dude in the store was super helpful, knew exactly what I needed. Major life saver for us and our indoor pets and rescue fosters.

Greg's Heating & Air should be the first place you call for service and repairs. We had them install our central heat and air when we built our house and always have them come each spring BEFORE the hot weather starts to inspect and clean the system. This is the most awesome service you should do and very reasonable. Great staff and always professional paying attention to every detail. Thanks guys!

don't rate anything have been milking my mom for money for years (bout $5000.00 in 2 years and just tried for another $3000.00+ sayin she needed to replace the unit. don't deal with this company it will cost ya frustration and money!!!!!!!!!! wouldn't let me post unless i put up a star not worth even one!!!!!!!!!!!!
