Had a great experience with Shawn Burke. There are a few Shawn's here. My feedback would be that if a tech is doing something for the first time, they should read instructions and research before spending the customers time onsite doing that and asking the right questions to the customer. The important thing is they corrected the issue.

Every time we have used Ray Mac for service they are quick, on time and not bad on the checkbook. They installed a new boiler system for our house that was quick and the new system is very energy efficient! Always friendly and knowledgeable! Highly recommended!

Wonderful service. Have an old bock hot water heater that also powers the radiant floor. Same day service but had to order new parts for the 12 year old system. Came out late in the day, because received the parts and Boom... Installed. Clean, courteous, professional, timely, and efficient. Going to use Ray-Mac for any future issues, no brainer.

Absolutely outstanding, came out ASAP on a weekend emergency, excellent service, very, very reasonably priced, got us right up and running, will ABSOLUTELY have them back every year to service our equipment, Thank you Ray Mac, you guys are the best❣️❣️❣️

Callous, careless, and no customer service skills. They supposedly fixed my heating system, only to have it blow tepid air. Then the hot water tank they installed (and charged $4,000) stopped working after 2 years. The Ray-Mac technician told me it would be covered under warranty. Instead, they charged me a small fortune to repair it ($400), and didn't even bother to reply to my letter or phone call of complaint about the bill. Unprofessional and unresponsive doesn't even begin to describe it.

My step dad bought a house in the mountains a few years ago that had a heating system installed by Ray-Mac Mechanical. It has not been running well so needed someone to come out and check it out. He made multiple phone calls, left messages, but did not hear back from anyone. He then drove an hour to go to the office in person where he was rudely treated. The front office said he MIGHT get a call back. He left his name and number. A week went by, no call. He drove back up and waited for a manager. A service man spoke with him and promised he would have the owner get back to him that afternoon with a phone call. No call. After wasting weeks of trying to get help from this company that installed the heating unit, my step dad searched for a different company that might be able to help. Air-O in Redding was immediately helpful, courteous, and scheduled an appointment to check out the heating problem. Having owned many businesses himself, my step dad has never experienced poor customer service to this extent. We, as a family, visit this home on a regular basis and hate to see him get the run around when a simple returned phone call was needed to clarify some questions.

They installed our new air conditioning/heating unit. They gave us a nice cash discount and always come out quickly when I call with little tweeks. The ladies in the office are super sweet, even when I'm being a little spastic. Great company and service guys are nice.

We just had Jake come out to see why our heating system wasn't really getting the house warm. He found the problem, fixed it waited several minutes to make sure the entire house was receiving proper warm air flow and left. He was quick, efficient and polite. We will definitely use this company whenever we have a problem with our heating or air conditioning. They deserve an A+.

We get our water heater serviced every year. Courteous and professional service. We also called them during a hard freeze when the fuel for our WH gelled in the lines. Very prompt and friendly response. I am glad they are here. I only saw one other review, a negative one, but our experience was the opposite of that reviewer's.

My elderly Mom's AC failed during a hot spell and the technician came out within an hour after being called. He returned within the same day to repair her unit and she has had no further problems. The technician is an asset to your company, both kind and efficient.

We have used Ray Mac mechanical exclusively for over 15 years. Service consistently professional, courteous and top notch! Highly recommend.

Came then said needed parts ordered and left. Nothing for two weeks I had to call them and the receptionist said couldn't find parts and replacement needed. This is what I call lousy service. I had decent service six years ago from them. I understand new ownership and lousy customer service.

Very quick response. Great technician, Jake. Fixed problem is less than an hour. Highly recommended!

Terrible service and poor attitude. Did not follow through on services. Would not recommend to anyone.
