I had maintenance done today on my heating and cooling system. Flavio was the tech who came. He was on time and polite. He explained everything he did. It was necessary to make a repair, I got a quote and agreed. He fixed it there and then. We tested everything and everything worked perfectly. Dealing with 74 Degrees staff was pleasant. Customer service is great. I’m very happy with them and Flavio.

The entire team at 74 Degrees have been incredible. Very much appreciate their efforts. My home HVAC system is complicated with Dakin split units and these guys have been able to master the install, maintenance and repair of the entire system. Flavio has been very helpful, knowledgeable and great to work work. Very much appreciate their entire teams effort.

I received a promotion screenshot from my sister for $74. I did not think about much but after getting their service, it all clicked to me. 74 did not only represent the comfort temperature everyone’s home should be at, but it also represented quality of service and professionalism. Tech Leo was just phenomenal on helping us get our AC and google nest thermostat working again. Turns out, previous technician had wired the thermostat with a jumper cable instead of using the blue common wire. Leo quickly got to the root problem and quickly fixed it. He then basically refurbished our outdoor unit and is now clean as whistle. Great work Leo. Give that man a raise. Check out the pictures.

74 Degress is awesome! Thanks to Leo and Hugo, they were very professional and polite. They helped me clean the air conditioner main unit and 12 vents. Our air conditioner had not been cleaned for at least five years and when they finished cleaning it, it was as good as new!

The 40+ years old furnace in my home finally not worked. Jose Fina, a technician from 74° Heating&Cooling installed a new one. The price was reasonable, the service was superior. I have to give a solid 5 star.

I am very happy with 74 degrees and the technicians, Jose and Jonathan. They were friendly and professional, neat and clean with the install, answered all my questions and left the apartment tidy. Ana and Josie were my contacts in the office and on text and I appreciated the way the handled the projects from start to finish. Great communication. With the warmer weather, we switched to AC mode for the first time after installing our new HVAC system by 74 degrees. Unfortunately, the air out of the vents was not cool. Flavio was assigned to come to troubleshoot and repair our AC. He was very methodical in checking out various aspects and through his expertise, he found that our condensate drain was clogged. As a result, the safety switch shut down the cooling operation. He quickly unclogged the drains and meticulously cleaned it out, and our system was up and running! A few comments about Flavio…He is extremely smart, and very professional. He is so polite and takes the time to patiently answer my questions. I am extremely happy with his service. He gained my trust. I wish everyone who does work on our house would be like him!! He is undoubtedly a major asset to 74 Degrees!

74 Degrees is awesome. I have worked with them on two properties. The first property was on a commercial building that I own. The experience there was great and there were no issues during or after the installation. The second project was two systems in a new construction house build that I did with a business partner. They came up with great recommendations to accommodate the house properly and had no issues coming back to do any small adjustments or corrections when needed. I would highly recommend them to family, friends and others.

I can’t thank Flavio from 74 Degrees enough for their outstanding service! They arrived promptly within the scheduled time window and took great care not to dirty the floors, even wearing boot booties. When a small issue arose after the initial repair, they promptly came back for a follow-up visit and resolved everything perfectly. Thanks to them, my toes are no longer freezing in the chilly suburban LA mornings when I get ready for work. Their professionalism and dedication truly saved my feetsies—highly recommend!

4/9/2025 I had another great experience with 74 degrees. Flavio came out to do the annual maintenance on our heat/ac unit. He was very thorough, explained everything, cleaned everything but mostly took his time to ensure all was good before leaving. I highly recommend them for all your AC and heating services. 6/22/24 - first time using A/C this summer and the unit wouldn’t turn on. Immediately called 74 degrees, explained the situation which they tried helping over the phone with instructions. Still wouldn’t turn on, a technician immediately came out and resolved the issue which turned out to be in the attic. We are very satisfied with their quick response and solution . Thank you!!! Update: absolutely the best service ever! We needed to have pictures taken for a rebate and the guys were fantastic, attentive and so professional. They even changed our filter without us asking! Top notch in every way!! So happy with our decision to use 74 degrees. My husband and I decided it was time to install AC in the house. I contacted several AC companies to begin the estimate process. 74 Degrees was the very first to come out. Julio was so professional and knowledgeable of what we needed. He listened to our concerns and took the time to answer each and every question we had. Julio provided recommendations and an estimate before leaving. We moved quickly on getting estimates from other companies to make an informed decision. After meeting with four companies, we kept going back to 74 Degrees and Julio with his professionalism, knowledge and follow up. Done, 74 Degrees it was!!! No regrets whatsoever. We had such a great experience with 74 Degrees. Julio and his team were fantastic. They arrived on time, immediately started working and in two days as promised new Heater and AC was installed. Julio and his team did not leave until everything was checked out, working properly and work area was clean. I highly recommend this Company and their excellent service!

Jose was excellent at explaining the options for furnace replacement and the brand of 74 Degree Furnace. Ana kept me informed at date and time of appointments and providing quotes of the model options. After deciding on brand, Ana was able to schedule installation of two furnaces for the next morning. Jose arrived at appointed time with 3 crew members and was able to complete installations in 5 hours. Jose explained the use of furnaces and reminded me of 2 year warranty and to call with any problems. Very professional service!!!

I had an awful experience with a contractor poorly installing two mini split systems. After numerous unsuccessful attempts at fixing the leaking AC units I was left with, I called 74 Degrees. They were nothing but professional, and I’m confident that they truly fixed the problem. A crew of three worked a 9 hour day to get the issue fixed properly. They also guaranteed their work against future issues. Nothing but gratitude for the crew. I’d call them again in a heartbeat.

I'm so extremely happy with the service that was provided. The tech Flavio was on time very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me & also took pictures of the before and after results. Not only was he able to repair my AC unit but took the extra steps to inspect the furnace. Will definitely be calling 74 Degrees Heating & Air to come back before winter to service the furnace. I was worried the repair & maintenance was going to cost an arm & leg but was pleasantly surprised to hear it was a very reasonable price. Thank you Flavio & 74 Degrees!

Angel was amazing! He was actually early which was nice and he diagnosed the issue fast and got my house back to being cool in no time. His recommendations were fair and didn't try to oversell me anything. Even complemented the previous install which is rare! Usually new techs tell you how awful the previous one did and how you need to fix it for $$$$. I'm having some additional work done to solve the main issue, but overall I'm super happy with the service! 100% recommend.

We had our ducts replaced and new insulation put in by 74 Degrees. They had the most reasonable estimate of those we got. The team did awesome work. Very efficient and hard working. They removed all of the old materials and cleaned up after themselves. I expected to have a lot of vacuuming after the work but had to do none. Very much recommend this company.

I need a new furnace for my home. Ultimately, I got three quotes for heat sink units, which would also add air conditioning. 74 degrees provided a quote for their own 74 degrees brand, which is rebranded AC Pro, which is Lennox's West Coast brand. The downside of this is that other AC Pro and Lennox certified brands may not work on it, if 74 degrees goes out of business for whatever reason. However, it 3k less expensive for the unit and install than the other quotes I got. 74 degrees was super helpful in providing quotes for just the unit, the unit and vent cleaning, and the unit and new vents, as well as pricing for replacing with a gas furnace. Ultimately I chose to get new units along with new vents, as 74 degrees quote was such a good price I figured I might as well get it done. They scheduled it for the following week (a few days before Thanksgiving) and installed it in 1 day. I have 3 small dogs and the workmen were very careful to keep all the doors closed when coming in and out so that the dogs wouldn't escape. I was not a fan of their 74 degrees branded smart thermostat - it has a color changing LED light glowing around the edge. I don't want living room to look like the inside of a gaming keyboard. Not sure who designed it. Also I'm not a fan of smart home wi-fi connected stuff in general, but I know I'm the unusual one in that regard. Anyway they were really nice about changing it out for a regular digital thermostat. I was ultimately happy with the look. Flavio and his crew were great. The office staff were really fast about getting quotes for different options even though I called back a few times and asked for different combinations. I couldn't believe how fast they did it and I'm very happy to have heat in the house for Thanksgiving!

Fantastic service by Leonardo. He was on time and extremely professional. We really appreciated the videos he took to show the serious problem in the attic with our air conditioning unit. He walked us through what needed to be fixed so that we could make an informed decision with a precise estimate for costs.

These guys work above and beyond and are the most polite I’ve ever encountered. The entire installation was excellent. They made a plan for running new electrical, patched up every piece of drywall, tested the equipment, and cleaned up like professionals after they were done. We contacted 74 Degrees Heating & Air at first to deal with our dryer vent that needed to be cleaned out. We decided to also have them clean out all the ducts in preparation for using the heater this winter. The customer service person was very helpful getting the appointment set up and was quick to respond for questions, quotes, etc. On the day of the appointment, Leo and Hugo showed up on time and did a great job dealing with our dryer problem and then they thoroughly cleaned out all the ducts throughout the house. We will definitely use them again!!!!
