Controlled Comfort

Had a HVAC 12y old leaking condenser. Got new one and installed it with Controller Comfort. The new condenser cools very well. Christian was meticulous and careful. I've worked with them on different issues I had with my 12y old HVAC that I've inherited with condo purchase. I hope I will keep it for at least 10 more years, before there is a need to buy new air handler module. I would recommend doing yearly maintenance with them.

It was excellent . Greg , the owner, was very technical , knowledgeable , he doesn't leave until the job is done right and he's trustworthy . They have reasonable price and are reliable.

Fine. It worked better once it was cleaned. I'll give it a couple weeks then make a decision as to whether it should be replaced or not.

Can’t say enough good about my experience. For years I’d had repeat leaks from the attic central AC into my guest bedroom ceiling, each time the same repair guy(who had installed the system) said he’d fixed it or ‘done as much as I can.’ This time i hit fed up and I found Controlled Comfort instead. Onthe same morning that I put in my Angi query they called me back, sent a very smart repairman over, and he got the rather extensive and (I hope) permanent fix done at last on the very same day. (It involved some upgraded drain piping + pump to get rid of excess water). Price seemed reasonable. Ditto the replacement of a Near-defunct water heater. I was very impressed and would highly recommend.

Just bought our new home a few months ago, and one of our first priorities was a new HVAC system. Controlled Comfort was referred to us through other promising reviews, and I couldn't be happier we chose them. Greg and his team walked us through our options (we had to go with a mini-split system due to the age of our home), and when we started work, my fiancee and I were completely comfortable with the system we selected. Greg and his team walked us through every stage of the installation, and always gave us the opportunity to weight in with our input. His team also found ways to solve problems without causing any headaches on our end. They worked around our schedule and quickly and efficiently handled the install. The CC team masterfully executed on every stage of the work, from planning to final inspection. For us, they've set a new bar of quality for any other contractor we plan to work with. I can't wait to put our new HVAC system to use and can't recommend Controlled Comfort highly enough if you're looking for HVAC repair/install work.

Greg and his team were great ! They were efficient in completing the job and they were great communicators when it came to arriving and the jobs progress. Greg how’s the extra mile to make sure work is done according to the highest standards. He went above and beyond to repair parts of my HVAC system that wasn’t within the scope because he knew it had be repaired poorly in the past. I appreciate his dedication the the craft and I am proud to refer him to anyone needed HVAC work!

Greg came back on his own time and once I had purchased furnace filters he installed one for me for free.

Greg notified me of his expected time of arrival which was greatly appreciated. He was very professional, thorough and personable. He graciously answered all of my questions and went beyond the call of duty to make sure all was well after having my wall heater red tagged by The Gas Company for possible carbon monoxide leakage! Temporarily having no heat was a small inconvenience when I think of what could have happened if I had not called to have my pilot light lit! Carbon monoxide poisoning can be fatal! I highly recommend this company!
