Comfort Zone Mechanical installed a new heating furnace and air conditioning unit. Other HVAC services didn’t show or were too busy to get to us quickly. George and his crew were fast, efficient and had the entire thing done a day after calling them. Extremely professional and friendly. Will definitely use when we need future services.

George and Comfort Zone Mechanical did a great job fixing a water heater on my rental property in the Bay Area. They handled everything including purchase of the new water heater and installation. For an off-site property owner, its great to have someone trustworthy to rely on. Great friendly service and great prices. Will definitely use them for any HVAC or property fixes going forward.

I had George and Comfort Zone Mechanical do some electrical work and fix our AC unit for us. He did an incredible job and was able to fix our AC unit as others recommended replacing the whole thing. He was able to save us thousands of dollars. I would highly recommend him as a contractor.

Then he found a secondary problem that was created by the first installer.. he corrected that and did not charge me.. Awesome HVAC services

Very prompt, I had already troubleshot the issue and explained to Dave what I had discovered.  He agreed that the problem sounded like a blower motor failure.  I gave him the model number of my furnace and he showed up 45 minutes later with the correct parts in hand and had it replaced, tested, and working within 30 minutes of arriving for a very very reasonable rate. <br />

They were excellent. Prompt and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them again to anybody. I've already decided that when I need to get a new unit they will be the ones that I ask to come out and install it. <br />

I was expecting the bill to be far more. The service was wonderful. They were timely, complete, effective and it was very well priced. I would absolutely use them in the future.

My a/c went out in the middle of July and we had a company come do some work for $400.00. One week later it went out again and this time the company recommended we not repair which they estimated at $760.00 but replace everything for $6,000.00. I joined Angie's List and began some homework. I called Comfort Zone on a Sunday afternoon at 1 after finally being convinced from Angie's List to try this company. They answered and stated they could be out the same day a SUNDAY!!! He came 2 hours later and agreed with the previous diagnosis but estimated $200.00. Big difference. While he was working he discovered that the freon the previous company had removed (stating that my system was overcharging) was actually needed so he did have to add freon to the cost and he discovered a missing cap. This brought the total up to $235.00, a mere $35.00 higher than the original estimate and all of it parts. He did not charge a diagnosis fee, just his hourly rate for the one hour he spent working on the a/c. It has been three weeks now and the a/c works great and I have had no problems. I have definitely found my new go-to hvac company.

Our AC quite working during latest 90 degree weather. After calling several companies, including one we had relied on in the past, Dave from Comfort Zone made time to come the same day when others were telling us they couldn't get to us until the following week. He arrived, diagnosed the problem quickly and even found a way to get our AC to work temporarily until he could obtain the part needed and get back to our house to install it. He installed it today and also took time to advise me on how to maintain our system better.

Call and requested quote for service. Rates were below other quotes I rec'd. Set appt. Rec'd a call that Dave was running about 20-30 minutes behind. He arrived within 30 min of appt. Performed service. Very personable and professional.

He does not charge a service call fee and only charges an hourly rate. He is always prompt and professional. I will continue to use him.

I called the guy who installed it initially (new house), he had to come 3 times in past 3 years! Always something different, something little, but this time I started to suspect poor work. So I checked Angie's List and found Comfort Zone. I talked to Dave and he said he would be there same day, at 4pm. He showed up in advance at 2pm because of a no-show. He was out by 3pm, all fixed. Very clear, to the point, efficient, and gave us a bunch of other advice.

Came out on Sunday to check it out. It was cold and they worked me in as fast as possible. They told me what I needed to get done (electrical work by brother in law) and then I contacted Dave back and he was here in a short time to get me some heat.

Comfort Zone answered my call immediately. While most A/C and Heating companies had a 5-6 day delay, comfort zone made a special trip later in the day to meet my needs. He explained the problem, fixed the problem and was available after the problem was fixed to answer any questions I had regarding the unit.

The project was well managed. They showed up on time and the project finished before the time it was promised. The final project turned out to be marvelous. It was well done and accordingly. Great job!!
