Jose and Keven from this company just checked my Carrier heater unit. They both were very nice and knowledgeable, honest and patient. They helped us greatly and I sincerely appreciate them both. I would call them again for any problem with my Ac and Heater unit. The only thing was that Keven was scared of my mini Golden Doodle dog😂 So if you have dog, put a leash on your dog 😂 and keep the dog away from Keven.

Came out quickly. Within 2 hours. Diagnosed and resolved quickly. Friendly, knowledgeable, and even answered some questions I had about my system. Fair price. Will definitely be calling them back for future service.

Reading reviews as old as nine years these guys are ready to get out of you as much as they can, simple exploitation and taking advantage . Day after Xmas 2019 my old furnace needed new thermostat. For 25 minutes and 20 dollars part bill was $375. Rip of, I will never ever again call this service.

My air conditioner thermostat kept reading. Cannot communicate with outside unit. It was 100 degree outside so I called this company. They dispatched a man who came and said he do not know how to fix my thermostat. He said they will send someone. After several hours another man came. Looked at the unit and told me that my unit outside needs new pump and said in order to fix my issue. I have to replace the whole system which will cost me over $15,000. Asked if he can start writing up the order. I was shocked. I said I will get second option and he immensely said up to you and walked out. I called another company who came next day and told me I just have wire loosed. Fixed it in 15min and it's been almost a week and my air is working perfect. TERRIBLE

AC H&C was the only company that was able to come out the day our Air Conditioner stopped working. It was 108 degrees! Kevin & Jose came on time, were very professional and fixed the problem for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company!

Omg, this business is the best. I called on the hottest day of the year with a broken AC and they came out right away and fixed it immediately. Fast and efficient and great customer service. I called other companies today and the soonest I could get in was Tuesday and this company called his technician to see if he could come out sooner than the original window today between 3:30 &5:30 and he called back and said he could be here in 20 minutes. It is 2:45 now and everything is fixed and I originally called them at 1:30 today. Amazing. So good. So happy! And they had the cheapest service charge cimpared to the other guys who ciuln't even come out. This company is fantastic.

I’m a single mom and a homeowner in concord and needed to install a new heating unit. I made several calls and came up with this company on google. The technician was very professional, installed the unit quickly, they were available right away and left no mess when the job was done. I highly recommend this company!

Kevin who installed my unit, however we found out there was an issue with the unit after a while BUT the amount of professionalism and dedication displayed was astounding! They treat your home theirs, very simple! go for them!

I called for my heating furnace, guy replace the electric ignitor, which took about 15 minutes. He then charged me $228.00 for the ignitor (afterwards I researched and it was a $20.00 part) and $174 labor. If I wasn't watching him he would have charge me even more and said it was the main board... which he tried to do, but I told him I didn't think that was it and to check the ignitor. I'm no idiot thankfully... if I was less informed I am sure he would have price gouged me for even more. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS for your repair work... go to the next one. They were not very customer oriented... no wonder they were available same day.

REALLY OVER PRICE!!!! This guy MARTIN S..... a technician from this company charged us $1000,00 dollars for the replacement of a single icm282a furnace control unit of our heater.. which is only $ 136,00 dollars in the store... I strongly suggest be careful with this guys.. they will eat you with the crazy price....

installed $ 8.00 capacitor to the old A/C Condensor and charged $375/- in maximum 10 minutes. I consider it a Highway Robbery. Anyhow, the a/c started cooling. The trick is $65/- Service Charge to get you hooked to come.

the only company that charges $65 to look at the furnace. The estimate was double of any other company. Very dishonest tired to sell me a furnace that did not need replacing.
