These guys were incredible, my blower motor was busted and they came by explained clearly what went wrong and what needed to be changed and how they were going to do it. Did the job cleanly in an hour and a half and went on their way. Highly Recommend.

thought the process of installing an in-wall AC unit was going to be time-consuming and I would be overcharged. This was not the case with Thermo Cooling. After realizing the unit I ordered did not fit, they gracefully changed it out at no extra cost. They walked me through each step of the installation process and did not leave until I was satisfied. Having years 18 years of experience and exposure to his family-owned HVAC business, Sean has a strong understanding of AC systems, maintenance, and a great service mindset.
