Javier was amazing he was in Indio, drove past Brawley went to Calexico got his work truck and drove back to Brawley to fix my broken A/C after hours, He was fast, courteous And got everything fixed at a great rate.

Javier did a great job helping explain what was needed for my mom's AC installation. He seemed fair, and did a great job at explaining what the possible options were for installation. He fulfilled all the promises he gave, and all of the staff were very polite and efficient. Whenever she called the office, they seemed very responsive and were very cordial as well. Highly recommended.

Great customer service! They were able to work with my insurance company and also helped me get an IID rebate. Took off around $6k! Very satisfied with all the work done!

I had this company come out to repair my central heating system on 1/23/25. the technician said that he replaced a capacitor that went out. The heater worked fine until 2:00am when it went out AGAIN!! I contacted J&S air conditioning and they told me that the earliest that they could come out would be on Monday 1/27/25 today is Friday 1/24/25. That to me is BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. . I expected them to stand by their work and come out today to fix the problem that they obviously didn’t fix. I will NEVER use this COMPANY AGAIN!!

Had 2 new a/c units installed, very good customer service and communication with me throughout the whole process, pricing was very fair, workers are clean and very professional. Communication was key for me. Highly recommend this company.

I just shop at their business for appliance parts and maybe other small things, you pay a little extra but it's worth it when replacement parts are right here in town, so its all good. Good customer service, lady that works the counter is really nice and helpful. I have never used their AC repair business , so I don't know how that side of their business is. They've been around for a few years so maybe they're good!

If you are looking great quality on equipment and customer service, stop looking, J&S Air Conditioning gave me a really good experience and they were always very nice to me.

They "fixed"an evaporator coil leak in late August 2015. They charged me over thousand dollars. The following year the leak was still there. I called them and they came to see abd claimed it was a different leak ob the same ac unit. Luckily I had home owners insurances and after two diffrent a/c conpanies comforned that the coil was leaking, they covered to replace my evaporator coil.

I went to go get a part and there was a lady there I guess she was the manager and she couldn't helped me cuz the girl that's in charge of parts was not in work yet so I left they need to find better workers that really want to work

My experience with this company was one of my top most terrible experiences with local businesses in this area. Extremely unprofessional employees and they don't deliver the service they promise.
