I made an appointment concerning possible problems with the central air fan slowing down and stopping  for Saturday at 7:00 AM. The cooler used  as a back-up had also failed on Friday. At approximately 7:20 AM no one had arrived so I phoned the office to confirm I was scheduled for a house call and detailed the failures to the owner. He said he would check my record and personally appeared at my house about 15 minutes later. Diagnostics indicated a the control card on the cooler was under warranty and would be replaced at no charge and he replaced the central air fan motor with a discount and was done by around 9:00 (it was 108 F that day). Could not have done better, on a scale of 1-10 I give him a 20+. Outstanding! <br />

Sales team did not try to over sale me a unit. They did a hard load calculation and sold me what I needed. The install team was clean, fast, and informative.

It went very well as usual. We use Clemmer Services for all our heating/cooling needs. This company is very customer oriented and makes sure we are well taken care of. All of the Technicians that have been to our home have been very professional, clean and dressed in uniform. They are very friendly and informative. <br />

Provider showed up on time, fixed a minor issue I was having, was professional throughout. The cost was $0 because I pre-paid for services for a year when I purchased my new HVAC system. All interactions with Klemmer have been positive. They do what they say they'll do and charge what they say they'll charge. I have never had a problem with the quality of their work or the equipment provided. When my new system was being put in the workers even put in some extra effort to shop-vac all the black widow webs out of my garage!

Great, John Simonaitis was very polite and quick. Great service we will use them again and again as necessary.

The installation went great.  The technician John did a superb job.  Along with the install it was discovered I needed a new water line and a breaker upgrade and it was included with the price.  He was fast, knowledgeable and efficient.  They were very busy but they called John in on his day off to accommodate me and my schedule.  They also have performed work and have done installs on my other rentals with the same results.  They are a bit pricey but I know I will not have to worry about the installation since they are very professional and guarantee their work.  You definetely get what you pay for however it would be nice to get a small discount if I do a certain amount of volume. <br />

They were good and they came out the same day.  They were courteous.

They are fast and they quickly respond. Their prices might be a little high but you get what you pay for.

They are a little pricey, but the quality of service is worth the extra expense.

Service technician, Jake, arrived on time, inspected and service A/C unit.  Recommended replacement of condenser motor before condenser failed, a savings of @ $6000.  Polite, professional, and thorough.  Highly recommended. <br />

My heating/AC was not working. Called Clemmer Services and someone was able to come out the next morning and do a diagnostic. The worker was very friendly and professional. The diagnostic fee was waived when he did the repair. The transformer was blown and was replaced for $231. The problem ending up being the circuit board (during the diagnostic was mention), which had to be ordered; and the part came in the next day. Clemmer replaced the circuit board for $425 and threw in the heat sensor for free. Overall it was a great experience, the worker was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. <br />

Saturday afternoon on a hot day on the High Desert.  Air-conditioner compressor failed to start.  I searched angieslist for recommended providers.  As my home is equidistant to Victorville and Barstow, and I figured Barstow businesses might be less busy.  I called Clemmer's.  Fortunately they had a technican in my area.  Technician arrived ahead of scheduled time.  Immediately troubleshot and determined problem to be a faulty capacitor.  He replaced the faulty unit with one he had in his truck.  Problem solved.  3 hours from my A/C failure to correction and return to service.  GREAT!!!! <br />

The service went well. The 2 workers were very professional and answered all my questions and even help put the area back together after they werer done

I was very happy with their service.  The young man that came out to do the work was very courteous and couldn't have been nicer to me.  He treated me like family.   I will definitely continue to use their services in the future.

We used Angie's list to make our choice, and called Clemmer Services Inc. My  wife's mother lives in Barstow, and after a serious heart condition, she came to stay with us for recovery. Before she returns home, we wanted to update her heating and air. My wife's brother agreed to travel to Barstow to facilitate prepping the mobile for Mom's return. The people at Clemmer's Services, once the work started, finished the entire job in two days. Everything is working well, and we are very happy with the service and results.

I can not say enough about the service of this company and their employees.
