Your service technician Mario Arias was very courteous and very professional. He answered all my questions and was honest about replacing certain parts. He did not seem to be trying to sell me something I didn’t need. Very nice young man and wanted to clean up after himself. So far the service technicians that have come to my house have been very good. I run service as a plumber for over 25 years. I know how you should treat your customers. Thank you for having good service technicians. They treated me the way I wanted to be treated. Kind and respectful.

John and Bud are awesome!! They were very professional and respectful of us and our home. They did an excellent job. They left the job site super clean. They were also patient with me about setting up the thermostat app! They gave a thorough explanation of the unit and thermostat. Answered all of our question. We would highly recommend them anytime. I’m glad we got them to help us!!

Rolan was very efficient and informative about the condition of our water heater, which has accumulated sediment and is noisy. He recommended a new unit due to the age and condition of our current unit. We appreciate his honesty and have setup an appointment for a new water heater installation next week. He represents your business well, carrying on good honest service.

EMCOR's service was great! This was not our first time using this company as i had previously used them at my mom's house. The office scheduled a narrow time range for our appointment, unlike other companies that give you a four hour range taking up half your day. Our technician, Roland, called to let me know he was on his way, he was friendly, he explained what he was doing, and thoroughly answered all our questions. Our unit is 24 years old and he did not try to sell us a new unit but did provide a quote upon request, and it was very reasonable.

Rolan was wonderful! Professional, friendly, clean! He explained the maintenance procedures and any issues he found after. My experience was Excellent!

The technician was on time and took extra care to be safe and gave a detailed explanation about the winter service for the HVAC. Can’t say enough good things about EMCOR Hillcrest. I bought a new home and was having issues with the unit getting down to and maintaining temperature. I called the original installation company to have them look at it and they didn’t do anything besides say this is the best it can do, no hookup to the unit, nothing. I called EMCOR and they sent out a very knowledgeable technician who took the time to throughly go through the unit in which they found that it was not operating at the manufacturers’ recommended sub cooling. They evacuated the unit and recharged it to the right level and now it’s working great! Wouldn’t call anyone else, they are the real deal and industry professionals!

Rolan is an absolute angel! I was told by another local company 2 weeks prior that I really needed a new AC. This other local company charged me for a repair they did not complete! Rolan completed the repair, for less than the other company charged, and let me know that my AC is in good condition, no need to think about buying a new one at this point. As a single mother, its nice to know that there are still some honest reputable companies out there. I will be using only Rolan and Emcor in the future.

We worked with Steve Hughes at EMCOR Hillcrest during our decision making process selecting a new HVAC unit. He was always patient, answering all of our questions and pricing different options for us. It took us several months to decide, but every time I called Steve he was there for us. Once we decided, it was a quick and easy process from beginning to end. All of the technicians were efficient and polite, and very professional. And we are very happy with our new unit. It’s quieter and cools our house very well. I’m very happy with EMCOR Hillcrest and recommend them.

Excellent service, the technicians were on time, did excellent work. The installation was very well executed. They made sure I understood the heat pump system before they left.
