After approval, the system was installed shortly afterwards. The installers were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I live out of state and I called this company referred by my son, for my Brentwood Rental property. They made the entire process very easy, Blue Star did the schedule directly with the resident and reported to me with details and for approval so there was NO SURPRISE. Looking back at this post from when my minisplit was first installed, I am happy to say that the system is still running strong! Called them because my A/C was not working. They told me they were booked 2 weeks out in the hottest of days. I thought that might happen and waited the two weeks. Someone had recommended them. After booking my appt. Two other friends had also used them. The serviceman was punctual, professional and checked different areas Including the filter because sometimes people just forget about them. He told me what the problem was, he had the part and the price out the door. I chose them because of the recommendations and I was afraid I would get a company that may just tell me anything because it was so hot and I was desperate.

BlueStar was very professional from the time of the estimate to the completion of the work. Their product allowed me to live more comfortably and be more energy conservative. I would not think twice recommending BlueStar to anyone who needed their services!

Blue Star is awesome! Carlos is very Professional and Provides Excellent Service. He is Very Knowledgeable and taught me about the Reme Halo System which purifies your Air. It is a whole home sanitation system that keeps mold, viruses, smells, pollens and allergens out of the home. Additionally, Eric is a Awesome to work with too. These guys are hard working, professional, honest, ethical and have a great sense of humor. I definitely trust these guys to take care of my A/C needs. This company is GREAT! Yes that are small BUT that is how they can remember each and every customer! We were getting bids to replace our older AC system and they INCLUDED permits and ALL we needed in a QUOTE. The team came in and replaced system it works GREAT and we saved LOTS compared to our other bid from local companies. THANK YOU BLUE STAR!!
