I’ve dealt with Frozen Refrigeration for the past four years and I’ve had nothing but great service. In the 3rd year my a/c unit gave out and they were fast in getting me a new one. I felt they were the ones who provided honest and stress free experience without the “pushy” sales tactics to try to get me to get something else that I didn’t want nor was interested. Today they serviced my a/c unit and I found out they do electrical work and now also install mini splits. Definitely recommend them and at least give them a try before you go anywhere else.

I called Frozen Refrigeration LLC to fix our commercial refrigerator, and the team was prompt, knowledgeable, and very professional. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had everything working perfectly. Communication was clear throughout, and I felt confident in their work. Highly recommend them for reliable refrigeration services.

Get home from work & AC wasn’t working..it’s 95 inside (on a Friday afternoon in August). Not only did Frozen Refrigeration come check the problem, they came back same night. Replaced the Blower Motor & made sure all vents were blowing cold. Excellent customer service!!!! Miguel even explained the issue, showed me what was broken, & showed me the new one before replacement! 1000/10 recommend Frozen Refrigeration!!

This company came out at late in the evening and fixed my air conditioning when it was really really hot. They’re very good people. The best people I’ve ever had to come and they’re 24 seven pretty well. They will try to help anybody out and they’re so reasonably priced as well. I would recommend them 10+ stars.

This is the first time my wife and I have used Frozen for our A/C maintenance. Enrique and Johnny showed up at our house today right on time and were very friendly and professional. They thoroughly explained what the service entailed and then performed it. At the end they confirmed what they did and thanked us for the business. <p>Repairman from Plaza Appliance indicated repair to my malfunctioning refrigerator would not be cost effective so I opted to buy a new one from their store.  Went to look at a new one on 12/23/15 and they installed it the morning of 12/24/15.  The sales person was very pleasant to work with and quoted a price and installation costs that seemed fair. Their were some installation costs because in order to take out the old refrigerator and  install the new one the doors on both refrigerators had to be removed in order o get thru the front  and hallway doors. The cost also included the service charge from the repair visit on the previous day.  The sale was completed in very quick time so that between looking at the new refrigerator and signing the final sales bill it probably was less than an hour.  Very pleasant people to work with and very happy with the service.  The install was done quickly with no problems.  The install workers were very efficient.  The only thing that I did not get was a owner's manual since the manual in the refrigerator was for a 'quick' review.  However, that was not really a problem since when I went to the manufacturer's website to register the product I also printed out the full User's Manual.  I also go an opportunity to further review pictures of the refrigerator and how various things could be stored.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>A very pleasant experience from repair visit to shopping to install to use.</p>

<p>The repair was very professional and honest in giving me a good estimate of what it would take to fix my refrigerator. The cost was too high for repair (although accurate) which meant I needed to purchase a new refrigerator.  He had indicated the compressor could stop working at anytime.  I then had the choice of taking a chance to see if it could operate for several more weeks while I shopped for a replacement or ask him to see if Plaza Appliance had one available.  He checked with the store and they said one was available.  I went into the store on that day,12/23/25, to look at the available replacement and ordered to be installed.  They installed it on the morning of the 24th.  It was a good decision on my part since when I walked into the kitchen early on the 24th the refrigerator had stopped working and there was water all over the floor (from ice cubes and frozen food).  Had to throw away everything in the refrigerator.</p> <br />

We bought a Whirlpool 25 cubic inch French Door refrigerator (not from Plaza) in 2012, that had a 1 year warranty. The icemaker stopped working after 2 years of service. Based on their Angie's list rating we called Plaza Appliance for service. They came out the day they said they would and after diagnosis said the whole icemaker had to be replaced and they would order one. It only took a few days before they called back and scheduled the repair. I rated the price as "fair" because it seemed like a fair price. I rated the quality as "N/A" because I don't know how long this icemaker will last as it only has a 90 day warranty so it's quality remains to be seen. Other than that I thought the service was excellent and I would use them again, hopefully not for a while though.
