Shane and his team did a great job installing a new service panel on our 40 year old house in Prescott. They were very professional and coordinated everything with APS for power shut off and Yavapai County for the permit and inspection. The new panel and wiring is so much cleaner now and much safer! I highly recommend Allied.

Expert service! They explained everything to our satisfaction and were very informative. I highly recommend them. We had to ditch the Nest thermostat which was a POS and changed the temperature by itself to very low at night which was the last straw. We now have a thermostat from Amazon installed by this company who did a very professional job. ,

Excellent company. Called on a Monday for an inspection and bid for a new panel that was damaged and needed to be replaced ASAP. Tuesday i had a contract signed. Thursday the new panel was installed and inspected by the county. From start to finish the guys were professional and had great customer service and communication. They coordinated having APS out multiple times and also pulled permits and dealt with the county inspector. Because the panel was arcing and a fire hazard they were able to expedite their service and make this happen within a few days. Highly recommend.

Excellent Experience with Allied Electric! Brad and his team were awesome to work with. They showed up exactly when they said they would, communicated clearly, and were professional and courteous the whole way through. Charles and Frank were great — they worked hard without stopping until the job was done, answered all our questions, and were very respectful of our home. They cleaned up after themselves and took obvious pride in their work. Financing was available, and their Allied Alliance Member Plan is totally worth it for the low cost. You can tell this company really cares about their customers. Brad (the owner, I believe) runs a solid local business, and Stephanie, who answers the phone, will brighten your day the moment she picks up. Stephanie was wonderful when I called expressing both empathy to my situation and urgency to get the problem diagnosed and fixed. Trevor was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough and together with Isaac, who was also very professional and knowledgeable they got a difficult job completed in a timely manner and the workmanship was great. I rarely write reviews, but this experience was worth it and I would not hesitate to recommend them for any job.

We are new home owners and had an issue with electrical system. Called Allied and Gabe immediately showed up and explained the issues. What we thought was a straight forward repair turned into a detailed time consuming process that Allied walked us through. Brandon was the electrician I dealt with during the onsite repairs. Brandon was supported by projector leaders Charlie and Mario. The team all introduced themselves and explained what was going on, did I have any questions? Wes dealt with the permitting and assisted me by writing a document of the electrical issues. I used the document to address issues we had with the home inspector used prior to our purchase. I recommend Allied.

Shane and James were very professional, courteous and informed us as to what they would be doing and the time frame in which it would be completed. After the job was completed they explained some of the procedures and also some of the unusual circumstances they encountered. Overall we are very pleased with the work done from the initial meeting to the finished product. I would highly recommend Allied Electric to anyone needing electrical service of any kind.

Allied electric. Heating and Air! I don’t have the time to play Sparky and S mess with my family safety so I think it’s worth every penny to pay a great electrician like James!to fix arc fault capacitor is broken no broken breaker. Anyway, done in a day Family can sleep tight and safe and now I know who to call when I get cold no not James. He’s great except for the green finger nail polish and the pink lipstick just kidding that was a joke.

Frank was fantastic! He arrived promptly and was very professional. Completing work the same day and providing estimates for additional work. Price was fair and felt comfortable quality work was performed.

Jared is very professional. Friendly and easy to talk to. He respected our home. He used shoe covers and cleaned the work area after installation of our products. He installed 2 ceiling fans in bedrooms and started replacing switches and outlets. We liked him so we'll, we will request him again. Thank you Jared and Allied Electric!

Brandon & Gabriel finished assembling & hanging our new dining room chandelier today. Assembly was challenging & the dozens of swirled-glass globes were fragile, but Brandon & Gabriel were patient, careful, & clearly take pride in their work. Great job. We are very happy with their work & how the project turned out!

The entire crew at allied does a great job! They are professional, honest, and hard working. Nothing but good things to say about them. They did a wonderful job installing our new fan, and fixed a light switch that was sparking for us.

After I had electrtical work done in August, I was given several quotes for additional electrical work. After the quotes were sent via email, I requested itemized quotes. He said no problem, however, no response. After about a week went by the Technician called, and again I requested itemized quotes, AGAIN, he said no problem, AGAIN, no response. I's now been over a month from the last phone call from the technician, I'M DONE. 10/02/25, today, Allied "thanked me" for my review. This definitely confirms to me that they had no intention of ever sending a quote with detail. 10/25/25, Amber Traina - one of the 0wners - got involved in the issue and apologized for everything - and - did everything that was needed to "Get it Right". Brad came out to help troubleshoot an electrical issue at a home I was working on. He arrived on time (actually arrived earlier!) and was extremely professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He solved the problem almost immediately and I couldn’t be happier.
