I have utilized the services of Garcia Construction for a number of projects on my home. In the past, I have had them do roof replacements, evaporative cooler to central air conditioning conversion as well as plumbing and electrical projects. I am super satisfied with both the work ethic and contracted rates quoted on each project. They completed each job in a timely, efficient and (super important) CLEAN manner. The price quoted was the price I paid - no overruns or unforeseen issues after the job was "in progress". I would highly recommend Garcia Construction for any construction job you may need.

Everything went fine.

Estimate was give in August, work not completed 'tile January.  They only checked and replaced wood around one window.  We found more damage later- 3 windows actually needed repair.  Window trim wood replaced with particle board.  We requested interior skylights be fixed a certain way.  Requests were ignored 3 times and they fixed them how they wanted to.  Apparently, the customer isn't always right (which may have been the case) but an explanation would have be nice.  After we sent a photo of shoddy work to the boss, a worker did come back to do a better job on one of the skylights.  Laborers were hard-working and polite.  Neighbors commented on how efficient they were and the low volume of the music they worked to...... <br /> <br /> Update- we had a skylight that always leaked, we paid 3 different guys to fix it over the years- when roof was replaced by Garcia, new skylight in same location leaked- he came right away and fixed it himself- he was the only one who could figure out the problem.
