We recently had our 19 year old heater fail. I called Balanced immediately. Their technician, Fidel assessed the situation. Fortunately a new heater was available withing 2 days it was installed. We have been pleased with our experience with Balanced Heating and Cooling, and highly recommend them.

Fidel did an amazing job of cleaning and repairing my duct work and furnace from debris, pet hair, and rodent damage and waste (and was able to recommend a reliable professional to address the rodent issue, as well as working seamlessly with the team that cleaned the ductwork). He also installed specialized UV equipment to clear the air more thoroughly and explained everything very well. I feel reassured about my home's air quality and highly recommend this company and their network. Many Thanks!

Had an AC outage at my house in Paulden in the middle of the night, found out early morning and panicked. Called their 24 hour number and was assigned to Fidel. He was AMAZING! Called to let me know he was en route, arrived and was very polite and professional, investigated the issue and had it fixed and my AC was running again in under an hour! Their pricing is amazing also, very affordable and fair! I will 100% be suggesting this company to everyone i know!

This company did a great job. Called them on a Sunday evening on a holiday weekend and they had someone at my house the next day at 11 AM. Had my issue fixed within an hour and checked in on me the next morning. David and Clay both did a great job helping me and keeping in communication. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

This is the best HVAC company I have ever had the pleasure of using for my Heater Repair. The owner (Dave) personally took my call for service. He was polite, professional, and a great listener. Dave took the time to listen to my past heating issues, prior repairs, etc. A technician (Fidel) was promptly dispatched the same day and within 2 hours of my call for service. Upon arrival, Fidel was polite, professional, and a great listener. He troubleshot my unit and did a complete diagnosis of everything that was going on with my unit. Fidel spent all the time needed to make the correct repairs without rushing through the job. The price was extremely fair, and I was not gouged and upsold to buy or do things I wanted or needed. In addition, Sara was very polite and accommodating when making my appointments and follow-up. Five Stars Co. ***** HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

When we returned from vacation, one of our A/C units decided to take a dump. The first thought when something goes wrong with your home air conditioner is "omg, it's the middle of summer with no air and it's going to cost a fortune to fix". This wasn't the case with Balanced Heating and Air. Our technician Fidel was incredibly friendly, honest, and knowledgeable!!! It didn't cost an arm and a leg to repair and Fidel visually showed me the damaged capacitors in need of replacing. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish and I highly recommend their services!!! I give thanks to the company for its integrity and transparency.

Totally earned my business. Had the air go out last Friday & was calling around to see if I could get an emergency call scheduled. After being told by another company it would be more than a week I didn't expect great news, They were at my property by 2 pm had the problem fixed in a heartbeat & the rate was very fair. I needed someone to look at my heater as it suddenly stopped. I Was contacted by Clay . Clay was highly professional and delivered the sad news about my 40 yr old heater. He contacted me later with a very reasonable quote and discussed the options with me. I will use Balance for my heating and cooling needs in the future. I later spoke to the office asst who was also professional and pleasant to ask questions to. This company treated me with respect and was reasonable.

David, the owner, came out initially to look at our mini-split. He quickly diagnosed the problem and reassured me that it didn’t need to be replaced. I set up an appointment for the repair and Fidel showed up on time. He was very courteous and professional. He had the unit fixed in no time and for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

This company went above and beyond my expectations when I called for service. I had concerns about safe operation of my heat pump because I smelled smoke coming from a ceiling vent and the smoke alarm went off. I turned off the heat pump and the smell went away and the smoke alarm stopped. I called Balanced Heating and Air Conditioning, and they sent a technician that day. He found no signs of fire, burning, or overheating of the unit. Because of the smell of smoke and activation of the smoke alarm, they sent a second technician that day at no charge to reassess the operation of the unit and confirm the first technician's assessment. The second technician was able to explain that the unit was operating normally, what happened and why, and how it was not a safety issue and would not cause a fire. This level of professionalism and care is rare and genuinely appreciated, and they are now my company of choice for my heating and air conditioning repair needs.

We called Balanced Heating & Cooling on a Friday morning to see if they could come out as our Heating was putting out cold air. They were very busy but Sarah was able to do some shuffling and gave us a 2 hour window around noon that they would have someone out. That someone was Jake and he was great in so many ways. He was a very easy guy to get along with. He diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly. He cleaned up after himself also. We will not hesitate to call them again if need be. Thanks again for taking care of us and not making us wait till Monday.

I called to request emergency service for my air conditioner. Balanced Heating and Air showed up with in just a few hours and got us up and running. They were extremely professional and great to work with!

Clay is THE BEST He knows exactly what he’s doing and leaves everything perfect.! I’ve never had such amazing service until him.! 10/10 would definitely have him again.! He is very thorough and gets the job done.!

I called balanced heating and air tonight because we noticed our unit wasn’t as cold as normal and it had a puddle of fluid underneath. Being “after hours” I assumed I would reach an answering service when I called the secondary number, but David answered and he was super helpful! He was able to walk us through some troubleshooting options and ensured us we could call him tomorrow if anything else seemed amiss! Overall, I’m very impressed with the customer service!! I will call them for all my AC and heating needs in the future!

Balanced is all around professional company. We live in Chino Valley. They were the second bid on replacing our combined ac/heating unit on the roof. The first bid we listed to spent the first 20min trying to upsell us instead of listening to what we wanted. Balanced came in, assessed the problem, listened to what we were saying and gave us a bid that was thousands less than their competitors.The day of the install they had the old unit off and the new one up in 2 hours flat. Everything works perfectly and we are very happy.

Tyler provided excellent customer service. He returned my phone calls promptly and there was no wait time for the service appointment. Tyler was friendly and explained things well. Most importantly, he repaired my unit for a very reasonable cost. Tyler also checked in after the repair to check if everything was working properly. My AC went out on a Friday afternoon. I called and they had a service person out within an hour! After spending an hour trying to repair it, she said it needed a part that she didn’t have in her vehicle and said her boss would need to order a replacement because they didn’t have it in stock at the shop. She said we needed to call and speak with her boss to authorize the purchase for the part. We did call and authorized it. About an hour later, she and her boss (Dave) returned to my residence (we were not home), but through the Ring doorbell, Dave told me he needed to look at the unit. I told him to go ahead and look. A few minutes later, he asked me what temperature I’d like my thermostat set at. WOW! That was great service!! I was so impressed with the service I received that I later set up an annual membership for service with this company. I HIGHLY recommend them! Thank you Vanessa, Dave and Sarah!

I first had to call Balanced Heating and Air because my heater wouldn't turn on. Sarah called the tech to see if he could rearrange his schedule so I wouldn't go without heat over a weekend. He said yes, she called back and the problem was solved without having to sell a first born. I have now had them out 3 times for my old evaporative cooler for 3 separate issues. Each time the tech was competent, capable and informative. And each time I expected the bill to be higher (don't tell them please) and again I didn't have to sell a first born. I cannot rate them higher than a 5 but they are definitely a 10 in my book!!

I had my air conditioning maintenance by Balance heating and air, the tech that came out was fabulous, His customer service skills were excellent, and his technical expertise was awesome. Absolutely great service. Had somebody else out yesterday and said we needed a whole new system at $17000. These guys came out and Jacob diagnosed in just a few minutes. Just needed a new blower motor. Rock solid! Highly recommend. Thank you Jacob and Balanced.

Fidel did a great job! $89 for the service call, $105 for the repair. Came the same day I called. Fidel inspected for issues, told me what was wrong, gave me estimate, and fixed it right then. Fidel was knowledgable and courteous!

We had rodent damage to our heating ducts. We are in a pretty remote location. From day one of contact Bob was very professional. The owner Dave sent an estimate after a polite young man named Travis came out to take a look at the scope of work. Once we agreed to have the work done a three-man crew, David, Jayden and Tyler showed up to do the work. they worked hard and were very professional, they took their time and actually finished a day early.
