Absolutely a great experience with AC Pros of Arkansas! The owners and employees are hands down great people! They only use the highest quality products and the jobs are done very professionally and not a rushed job. They are the only AC company I use from now on.

AC Pros of Arkansas were absolutely amazing!! They literally came to our rescue when our AC unit quit on us after many many years! These guys were prompt, professional, and finished their work in a timely manner! This company is our forever AC company! If I could give them 10 stars I would. They were professional, punctual, and great to work with. They were very kind and explained to me what needed to be done. They didn’t try to upsell or tell me that something needed to be fixed when it didn’t need to be fixed. They were very honest, these are the only guys I will ever use. I would recommend them to everybody. I called on Tuesday and immediately received a response. They showed up, fixed the issue, had parts on hand and were very knowledgeable. You can tell these guys know what they are talking about. Did I mention that they are very honest ? Absolutely amazing service and I will NEVER use anyone else but them. Thank you guys so much!

I would have given 6 stars if it was an option. These guys were great! Prompt, responsive, professional, and so kind- They came out and did a thorough review and walked me through what we needed. Their price beat out the competition and they helped me navigate the financing. When they scheduled the replacement of the A/C unit and system in the attic, they said it would take two days. They completed it in ONE DAY! We would instantly tell the difference in the output. Don't look any further- go with these guys!

We had several HVAC companies come out and give us a quote on the replacement of an old unit upstairs. They took their time to give me information on all that was gonna need to be done. I felt really comfortable hiring them because I felt they took the time to study how it was going to be done before they gave me a quote they weren't gonna be able to keep. I would highly recommend them.

Got a mini split installed from these guys and they were very affordable and professional! They were half the price compared to other competitors. Super easy to work with and communicate with! Would highly recommend

Brian H. with AC Pros of Arkansas was very responsive when we needed last minute HVAC maintenance when selling our previous home. He then installed and repaired several units when we purchased our new home. AC Pros of Arkansas are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional.

Technician came out and looked at the unit stating the float for the drain was bad. Didn't check the power going to the unit. After he left it was still not working right. Called back and was told it would be Thursday afternoon before someone would come look at it. After looking more at the issue I found one duct completely unhooked and dumping air into the crawlspace. I fixed that myself. Contacted a different company to come look at the unit as it still wasn't working correctly and found the capacitor to be faulty. A $55 Part and 30 min. fixed the issue. Do not recommend.
