Contacted Scott with Sheridan Heating and A/C due to my system kicking out. Scott showed up and was solid to work with he explained to me that how I was cleaning my outside unit was not good enough and how to properly do it. He was not rude and was glad to explain. Scott tested pressures and things were looking good. System kicks out again and Scott is responding to my calls over the weekend and generally just shows he cares about his work and customers. Scott came back and further diagnostics showed that the capacitor had failed. He replaced the capacitor on the spot and got the house back to temperature. Scott is that guy you want to call when you are having heat and cooling problems at your house.

These guys came out and helped my family when our furnace went out twice. They figured out a solution and got to it when no one else would. We'll be using them for any HVAC services going forward.

My aging furnace wasn’t working to keep my house warm. At all! The duct work wasn’t even big enough for the old one. Scott installed a new state of the art furnace. What a huge difference! My house is now comfortable and I can actually use the basement! Scott let me know up front what the cost would be, kept me informed every step of the way. He took the time to show me how everything works. Changing the duct work and adding vents and returns was a huge job but Scott did it without damage to my house. He cleaned up afterwards and was exceptionally professional in every way. I highly recommend him!

Scott was professional, prompt and communicative. Always annoying to have a contractor say he will be there and he's either late or no show. Never with Scott. He moved my heater unit in my basement, replaced all my duct work, installed a new water heater, moved my flue and installed an AC unit as well. Thanks to him I actually have a usable basement (space wise). He will be doing all the maintenance as well. Definitely recommend Scott and Sheridan Heating and Air Conditioning!

His engineering background gives him a 'holistic' view of your home or business because he understands not only HVAC systems, but understands structure, plumbing and electrical systems as well which compliments his heating and air conditioning work. Scott is fantastic. A little over a year ago, we had a heating system installed by Total Comfort here in Sheridan. The install was a disaster, but today, our heaters didn't work at all. Because the install went so poorly, we called Scott with Sheridan Heating & Air Conditioning to come take a look. He has us up and running, but alerted us to multiple other issues: carbon monoxide leakage, rusting of the pipes, fire hazard and dirty intake. We appreciate the time Scott took with us today (and it is bitter cold) to get our heaters up and running. We will have him back ASAP to fix the other issues. Professional, courteous, honest; he took the time to make sure we understood everything that was wrong and what would be needed to fix it. Scott was on of the easiest contractors to work with, he told me when he would be at our facility and actually showed up. They got their work done quickly and when we had a problem with one of the units, he came over on a Saturday to get it taken care of. Great service, much appreciated!

I called Scott to come in and check why my heating system was cycling. He did an awesome job in evaluating the issues with my heating system. He found my thermostat had a short in it. I could tell he had years of experience and training installing and diagnosing heating and air conditioning systems. I will be calling him to do any future repairs or additions to my HVAC systems.
