I appreciate this company customer service. We bought a new home and are new to town. We have had a few things come up with the AC and heat. They came right over, addressed the problem and fixed if needed. They are friendly and respectful. I would highly recommend Kosma!

Just had Jay and his partner come out to look at our leaking furnace. They were quick, professional and extremely kind and informative. Highly recommend this place for HVAC cleaning & repairs. What a great bunch!

The staff there are there to help you out, I try to fix alot of stuff my self due to financial situation. Even before they knew I was a disabled vet they were doing everthing to help me out. Will not go anywhere else

I had them recommended to me by another roofer who i would have used had they not been out of town. (I also am friends with a member of the family, so thought that might help prevent any problems. <br /> My largest mistake was allowing the work to be done without a written bid outlining the specific details including costs. It was a handshake agreement with the owner and since he seemed to pick up on a few details that I also felt were important that other contractors had missed, I was confident in the quality of the work. <br /> They arrived on time and did the work in the time frame specified. <br /> I think the problem wasn't with the owner, but rather the labor. The guys seem to have done a decent enough job with the roof itself, but I was really bothered at what they missed. They re-shingled the entire house before noticing that the facia underneath the drip-edge was mostly rotten. It would have been easy and cheap to replace after the old roofing was removed, but now it's almost impossible. (Or so they claimed.) <br /> Next was my carport. The old fiberglass was stripped off, but for unknown reasons they left all the old spray foam the previous owner had used to stop it leaking. Again, it would have taken 10 min., but they didn't feel the need to put the effort into it, despite the fact that the owner had said that they would do this. <br /> After they were done, I noticed that they had not overlapped the new fiberlglass nearly enough (again, this was discussed with the owner, but he never got the message to his workers) and so it leaked. Shockingly, they had also split nearly every foot of the wooden supporting strips by not pre-drilling them. Worse of all, the carport leaked worse than it had before the repairs. <br /> They did come back and re-do it, but even then rather than replace any of the fiberglass, they simply filled all the many screw holes from the previous installation with silicone. <br /> It still leaks, but not as bad. I suspect I will likely have to re-do this myself at some point. <br /> I also feel as though I ould have gotten a lot more for the same amount of money had I chosen another roofer. In the end this repair was about $2000 more than other bids I received. <br />

It went great. The technician was thorough and explained the procedure. He also answered all my question. <br />

Our furnace went out on the first cold period of the year. We called KOSMA, and they came right away. It was a Friday, and they removed the old furnace immediately and supplied us with heaters for the weekend. They were here first thing Monday morning to replace the system and were finished by the end of the day with all that needed to be done.

It went very well as always. They do all my work on furnaces ,spring and fall. <br />

The Kosma crew was here on time of the appointed day of installation(s), and worked far into the night to get some heating started for OUR comfort. <br /> <br /> The crew was well dressed in uniform shirts, were very sociable, and above all, very polite. <br /> <br /> I will have no problem in giving them a call for my next installation!!!
