We needed our 15 year old bathroom light/fan replaced. I was able to buy the exact same unit (it’s round) at Ace Hardware, eliminating any need for repair to the ceiling drywall. Jordan sent a crew over at the time most convenient for me. They quickly removed the old unit and installed the new one. I appreciated the fact that they cleaned up as they went, too. Jordan always returns calls promptly and the business/billing is done efficiently. I would highly recommend Bee Electric!

My 3 year old home a/c unit stopped working on a day approaching 100 degrees. The company responsible for installation and warranty were unable to be reached as well as other local hvac businesses. Jordan and his crew picked up on the first call. Had replacement part that I needed in stock and even helped with walkthrough on installation since his technicians were busy ! I had a really bad cold and woke up to no heat. I called Bee Electric and left a message on their emergency line. Within 20 minutes Jason returned my call and said he would be here in about an hour. They were here to check the problem shortly after my call , got the problem fixed and I was back to enjoying cool air on a hot humid day. The guys from Bee Electric were nothing but professional, helpful, and timely. When my 36 year old AC unit quit working on a 96 degree Saturday evening, they came out on Sunday to troubleshoot and get running. After that, I decided to go ahead and get a new AC/Furnace. The technicians reviewed all options with me and walked me through the pros/cons of each package. After a speedy installation, they took the time to train me on the new unit and thermostat. Couldn't have asked for better service.

My 26 year old Trane air conditioner finally was low on freon, it was freezing up and overflowing the drain pan. Water was dripping onto the fan which shorted out leaving my home with no A/C. I contacted the company that took over servicing my Trane. He agreed it was low on freon and would call me back in a couple of hours. He never called back. I went to Bee Electric and Jason came to the house within 2 hours. He charged the A/C unit and replaced the shorted fan with a used fan and kept us with A/C until a new A/C unit and furnace was installed 3 weeks later. The installers were great, unit installed professionally. I would recommend Bee Electric to anyone needing their services!

Let me start with my Grandmaw needed a whole house rewire I called around bee came right over first time walked around asked all kinds of questions to make sure she was getting what she needed. Everything was perfect couldn’t ask for a better cleaner job couldn’t even tell they was there.... new electric derive all wires whole 9 yards Craig and his helper did everything like a professional should and could do! Let’s fast forward to tonight 02/12/2021 my moms heater broke I have some knowledge on working on units my father in law has a lot of knowledge doing them I called him he told me things to try to figure out what we needed turned out the pressure switch was bad. I txted jorden at 9:10 within seconds my phone rang told him what I was needing he said let me call u right back he said ur part will be ready for pick up in about 30 minutes!!!! He also offered to send someone over to fix it I said I can do that he said no problem ! This shows these guys will go the extra mile for a customer even if it’s only a 30 dollar part they care about customers and family’s! Thank you jorden!!!!!

My furnace quit working and we called an outfit in Moundsville and they said it would be 2 weeks. Called an outfit down in New Martinsville and they said they'd be there Friday or if not monday, never did show we call Bee and they were there the next day

Knowledgeable, dependable and efficient, they did a great job installing a new furnace and Wi-Fi Thermostat in our home.They did a great job of cleaning up too. I will have them return to install an A/C soon.

The service personnel were very courteous and efficient and answered all our questions and were very helpful. Installation was very professional and the new furnace and air conditioner are much quieter and much more efficient We would recommend Bee Electric to anyone!
