Webb Heating and Cooling was a very pleasant, positive, and satisfying experience. My partner and I just bought our first house and less than 2 months in the home, the furnace broke. We sought out a few businesses for quotes and Webb was the ONLY company to respond in a timely manner and treat us as if we were their priority, while no doubt managing many more customer/service calls. In fact, the night that Ethan (Webb associate) came out for the quote, it was 2 hours past closing time. But since he was tending to another emergency service call, he STILL came to work up my quote that evening after the fact. That goes to show they will not leave you hanging. They called back the next day with the official quote and allowed us to pester them with many questions and concerns prior to accepting their business. They were far more interested in making sure we felt heard and understood over them making a sale. That kind of customer service is rare. After some thought and discussion, my partner and I decided to replace the air unit as well, seeing as how the furnace and air unit both were around 20 years old. Something noteworthy to mention, when comparing the size options of the air unit and/or the possibility of even adding new returns in the home, Webb did not act fast to just agree with what would make them the most money. Dustin (the manager) made sure to explain how he would go about deciding whether that would be necessary or not. He also mentioned that he would not do anything that he did not feel good about, (even if that means they would have made more money), and he meant it. When we signed the deal, they moved fast. So long as the equipment was available they said it would only take a few days (luckily it was in stock). They have since come (day after installment) to check in with the installation and make certain we were satisfied with the outcome. Any company can say they will be there, but actions speak louder than words. And Webb exhibited loyal, trustworthy actions throughout our experience with them. THEY EVEN go ahead and register your equipment as a complementary service so that it is all set up and ready to go when you finalize payment. Its the little things that make people feel like they are more than just another customer, but a fellow respected human just seeking to be treated fairly and honestly. I've been a customer with Webb Heating & Cooling for years and I've never been disappointed. They recently installed a new furnace and AC system for me in less than a day. Fantastic work. Fantastic price. Fantastic people. Highly recommended.

I was very impressed with the young man sent to service my air conditioner. It was having a hard time keeping up with the heat. I was skeptical at first because he looked unexperienced but he completed a thorough cleaning of the unit, even going to get my hose from the garage because I am handicapped, and tested and recharged the unit, explaining what he was doing along the way. I could tell immediately the system wasn't struggling to pull air and was running smoothly when he left, and the house was immediately cooler. In my opinion, the unit is running fine for a 30 year old unit. You have a new customer in me. Thank you.

We purchased a house over 100 years old with a boiler and radiators. At the time of the purchase we understood the system would have to be serviced as only a few of the radiators had heat. As the weather started to get cooler the boiler did kick on but was not working right. Then we had the bad no heat at all. We called Webb Heating and Cooling. They sent two guys out. It turns out that we have a closed steam heat boiler and an expansion tank in an upstairs closet. Webb Heating and Cooling were able to get the system up and running like a dream. I am so please with their knowledge, work ethic, explaining to us how to do normal service so we don't have to call in the professionals to do standard service. One last but so very important part is they were a great value for the time that were here,

Great customer service and very affordable. They came in the cheapest out of the 4 quotes I got for a full furnace and AC replacement. The new equipment works great and is much quieter. Their crew came and installed all the new equipment in less than 5 hours. That included taking out the old equipment and installing the exhaust pipe out the side of the house. I would highly recommend them.

I called earlier in the day and they said they would come to look at my furnace. I asked what time I could expect them as I was at work and I would make sure I was home. They said they would come at 4. At a few minutes untill 4 they arrived. They looked at the furnace told me what was wrong and set about to repair it. It took less than 20 minutes and I was up and running. Jason was very friendly and professional. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Awesome job.

Webb put in a new a/c and furnace and removed the old system great pricing and when you call them after the sale, they came out the same day for a service call which is hard to find now days can't say enough for Webbs heating and cooling's crew
