Do not have!! 24services as advertised. Plumbers do not know what they’re doing!! It took 3 days to correct their mistakes. And i went 5 days wthuout water water. No response after 18 calls. Office will offer all kinds of excuses, I did not recive one return call! RUn don’t walk them from this Company!!!!

We've lived in WV for 4 years now and have an older home. Soon after we moved in we had a sewer line issue, after bringing in several plumbers in who couldn't figure out where the problem was, we called Jerry and he found it within an hour or two. He had a quote written up and had it fixed within a week or so and also helped us out on some other issues we had. Just recently, we sprung a waterline leak and he was over within a couple days, found the leak and had us up and going just days later, and again he preemptively solved another issue for us. His prices are reasonable, he and his team do excellent work, are easy to work with, knowledgeable and are very professional, when we have our next plumbing, heating etc.. problem, being an older home, it will happen, He's our first call to make, I highly recommend them for gas, heating and plumbing!

These guys are great, we had them install a gas stove and disconnect/connect our kitchen water lines for a new countertop. They were so easy to work with, scheduling days and times. They were always professional and courteous and helped us with what we did and didn't need.

They were very nice guys. They cleaned out the sewer pipe leading from the house and after they left I realized the toilet was still clogged. I called and they came back immediately, apologized and cleaned it out going into the house and made sure everything was working properly before they left again. They didn’t even charge me again for the extra hour of work they had to put in after they came back. Would definitely use this company in the future.

My furnace is finally working as it should after years of service calls from the people who originally installed my heater it was Hilbert that got it working as it should. I’m still amazed of how many service calls from another company that never figured out it was running a hundred degrees too hot. This explains so many problems I’ve had with it over the years & also found one tiny bent wire that was causing a voltage issue. My heating system now runs much quieter & heats the whole house more evenly. I have also used this company for other issues like plumbing & they fixed all those problems as well.

HORROR STORY: I called and actually hired Hilbert to work on my house because their rates were better on the specific job at hand (65 an hour and 30 to bring out the machine for the pipes whereas everyone else charged about an average of 65 for the machine). I already knew that the problem was in the main sewage line because when you flush the toilet the bathtub backs up so I googled the problem and also consulted the Sanitary Board to make sure it wasn't on their side. Hilbert said they still needed to assess the exact damages, I approved of only an ESTIMATE. The plumber came out on one occasion but called back with an attitude and refused to go in because there was another company working on the water tank. I told him I would still like the assessment and he told me he would call back after checking with the office but actually just left. Another woman called me very much later and said they would be back and rescheduled, please be reminded this is a very serious issue and the longer you wait to fix it the more damage the backed up pipes will do in water damage,etc. Still I gladly allowed them to come back and did not even complain at this instance. The day comes that the ESTIMATE was to take place... oh and there was a piece of piping (the kind that clicks back in) that the plumber pushed back into place. He called at 8:14 am to verify that I still needed the piece pushed back in and the estimate. I verified. I called back at 8:46 to see if he had started, he told me no but he was about to and asked what my concern was. I made sure that he was going to do the estimate as well. He called me back at 9:41 and told me what he had done and that someone would be contacting me later about the estimate for the main sewage line. He specifically told me also that someone had shoved a screwdriver into the pipe and that was why it was clogged and that he pulled the screwdriver out!!! Someone by the name of Keri Hilbert called me at a later time... she told me I would be billed for 2 hours of their time. I told her I know he did half an hours labor and he said that to me on the phone. I sent her recordings of the phone calls. She still argued that he called me at 8:14 however before he even left the building and stated they charge from the initial verification call. I happen to know that to charge anyone for something you did not provide is very illegal (if this is the case he could've left at 9 that night after calling at 8 am and still billed those hours plus what he actually did in labor) so I told her that she would have to come for me in a courtroom. She told me that he had to change his clothes from raw sewage and everything on the phone to try to argue her point but he changed clothes because he as a certified plumber pulled the screwdriver out. She backed absolutely everything he did and basically called me a liar and told me I was liable for his mistakes and scheming. I immediately had another company come to do a new estimate and they then told me that it would be a flat rate but they couldn't do anything in raw sewage. The beginning estimate for sewage cleanup is 1500 DOLLARS... so yeah now we live in a house with sewage underneath until further notice and I even called back and spoke to the woman professionally and then after that I called the owner who I am guessing is one of their VERY CLOSE FAMILY MEMBERS because they all av the same last names. Needless to say after 4 or 5 messages still no return call so I guess we'll meet in magistrate court. This is solely for the purpose of SAVING someone else the hassle. ZEROS across the board. A 200 dollar job will end up costing you 2,000.

I bought my house in April 97 and have been using Jerry Hilbert and Co. ever since whenever I need a plumber . Good people, fair prices, great service....if and when I need them they always save the day!

Arrogant. Rude. Unprofessional. Extremely overpriced. We were given Jerry’s name as someone who could hook up the gas to our electric and pool. He was extremely rude towards us and arrogant in his conversations. His level of unprofessionalism was shocking. He was well over 1,000 dollars higher than every other estimate we received. Do not waste your time with this company and save your money. He will try to overcharge you.

They came out yesterday replaced my furnace 2 hours after they left the house filled up with gas. Had to call emergency gas. They had to shut my gas off because the Hilbert guys left a leaking spin valve. Which could have killed us all.

Plumbing related work. Bring sump pump back into service. Replace bathroom faucet. Quoted electrical work. Crew is efficient, courteous and on time as promised. If you need a great company to help care for operation and maintenance of home or business, look no further. This is your company!

Always quality work when calling Hilbert's!! Always my go to for my work! If you want the job done right the first time around, these are the guys to call! Highly recommend!

I needed a stump cut from my yard and Jerry from Miley's tree service was able to get me in within the Week! They had the complete service done within 20 minutes of arriving at my property. Not only did he remove the stump, but he also straightened my yard and cleaned up my left over tree branches before he left! I would recommend him to anyone, and would use him again for any service.
