Highly recommend!!! Installed in-floor heat, boiler, and radiators. Very professional, friendly, and great communication throughout the install. Dennis and crew returned to install a mini split system. Very impressed by how quiet the units are.

Dennis not only repaired our mini-split he researched it and was able to find our parties still under warranty. The men who replaced the part did an amazing neat job. Unit is fixed and service was great!

Getting a knowledgeable tech these days is hard to come by. HVAC equipment has changed so much that the small details determine how long your system will last. Best HVAC are professionals. They came to my business, diagnosed the problem(refrigerant leak), properly fixed it, and got it back up and running at a fair price. This is a high integrity company that I would feel safe sending to my mom’s house.

I have furnace problems a lot. I've tried a few other companies but kept having the same problems so I decided to try Dennis this time. He was very thorough. He has a long list of things he checks, which I've never seen before, starts at the top, and works his way down. He writes after each item whether it was good/bad/otherwise or if he had to change something. When he's done he gives you the paper so you know exactly what he did, and will explain whatever you want to know. His prices are very comparable, if not the same, as other companies but I've never had the customer service that he gives. I would definitely recommend him to all of my friends and family. (He did have to change the pressure and my furnace has been running great for the first time in a very long time!)

Dennis Ball sent out a service tech, Gary, the morning after I called for help. They were prompt, courteous, detailed and professional. The team resolved 2 very difficult problems quickly at a very reasonable price. Dennis went above and beyond and found my broken part was still under warranty. That saved us a bundle! I have done a lot of business with Best 1 over the last 20 yrs or so in servicing my home and my rentals and they have always charged by time and materials and been very reasonable.  Recently, I had a hot water heater changed out in my home.  To my surprise the bill came and it was billed as a lump sum of $1984. I was shocked to say the least.  This was for a 40 gal, 6yr warranty, reg gas water heater.  They can be found anywhere for under $575.  If you add in $100 for a couple of extra parts  and allow $100 for disposal of the old water heater (which is very generous) you have a total cost of $775. They arrived at 3 pm and left for 45 mins to go get the water heater from the shop, and were done at 5:00  ( 2 men). That is 1.25 hours working time. Allowing for the .75 hrs  to run to the shop, that's 2 hrs x 2 for a total of 4. 1209 divided by 4 is over $300 per hr. Buyer beware I have since gotten several quotes that were over 25% less. Not the company they were under the old owner.

They installed a shut-off valve for the main water supply next to the water meter. The pipes were right up against the wall so I thought it might be a challenge for them, but they were in/out in less than 20 minutes and cleaned everything up like they weren't even there. Overall excellent job and would hire them for other work.
