Ben and his team are excellent. We had a diffucult heating situation at home. Ben came over on weekend and also sent a guy for a follow up after hours. Top Notch customer service and workmanship. I would highly recommend calling this company!

Called Heyer after hours about my thermostat not working. An actual person answered the phone and walked me through my options. I decided to have them come out and replace my thermostat; the furnace was running constantly and we agreed it shouldn't be put off until the next day. The Tech that arrived was Caeleb. He was extremely personable and helped me select the right thermostat for my usage. The bill was quite fair for an after hours service call and I was happy to pay for the peace of mind. Thank you, Caeleb! I will definitely call Heyer for any future HVAC needs.

I couldn't ask for a better experience. Our furnace isn't even fixed yet but Ben has been great to deal with and Noah (our technician) WONDERFUL!. Told that sweet lad so many times haha he hasn't even fully fixed the issue yet & I've had heat for days. Always prompt keeping me updated. These guys are top quality. Friendly beyond belief, incredibly punctual, and extremely fair priced. Same day service on a blistering day when our AC went out and they were here not once, but twice in the same afternoon to resolve our issue and get us taken care of.

Heyer's HVAC Is an actual life saver. Our AC suddenly went out (on a 90 degree day, of course). Heyer answered my call on a weekday evening, came the next day at a time that fit my schedule, and fixed it for far less cost than I was expecting. Jose was a fantastic technician and human. 10/10 would recommend.

Heyer recently fixed our AC unit and installed a new furnace this last winter. For our AC unit, Landen quickly determined the issue we were having and fixed it shortly after. For our furnace, Caleb and Landen installed a new one during one of the coldest days of the year. It was a lifesaver! Ben is always fast to respond and provides great service. My furnace died on a Saturday, your team diagnosed the issue and gave me options that same day. Your team was at my house by 8:30 AM the following Monday, and I had heat back on Monday before your team left. Your team was back on Tuesday morning and was completely done replacing my damaged furnace and AC unit by noon. All your team members at my house were knowledgeable, professional, and all-around good people and answered any questions I had. My furnace decided to stop working last night with temperatures around -1. The first place I called said they weren't willing to come out until morning, so I called Heyer Heating & Air Conditioning and they answered right away and said they'd send someone out within the hour. Landen came over said there was a piece he needed to go get that was downtown La Crosse (I live on Brice Prairie), so even though it was late he went off and brought back this piece and fixed my furnace! Just had a new furnace and air conditioner put in my mobile home, the guys did a great job. Landon, Brenden and Ben were awesome considering replacing anything in a mobile home is always difficult, they did it all with a smile. Very pleasant and easy to work with, I would highly recommend these guys anytime!

My air conditioning went out yesterday and with 4 kids in the house plus my elderly father we needed it to work. I made a call and that same day they came out and fixed it in less than 20 minutes! Noah was very friendly and explained what was going on in a way I could actually understand it. The prices was unbelievably fair. Our furnace had been acting up recently and finally quit this evening. Called Heyer Heating and they had someone out to fix it within the hour. Landen did an amazing job!!!

The service is 10 out of 10! From the time I initially called, until the transaction and service was complete was less than an hour. Prior to reaching out to Heyer heating and air conditioning. I was quoted over $3000 and told that I needed a whole new AC unit, then Ben was able to come out within 30 minutes of my phone call requesting his services and was only at my house for about 15 minutes. He was able to replace the part and had my air up and running for under $200. Ben was efficient, personable and very knowledgeable. Anyone who knows a trade can easily rip people off who are uneducated and their area of expertise and that is a risk you take when you pick up the phone to call for home repairs. In addition the short amount of time it took for this particular transaction I am 100% sold on this businesses, morality, as well as their excellent customer service; this company will now be my go to for any heating and air conditioning needs.
