My wife owns a small business on the eastside of Madison and after going with the previous owner's HVAC company we found out it was sold to a corporation. Greiber came in with the best quote for a new furnace, air purifier and humidifier. Devon explained ways to save money thru discounts and rebates available. The new unit was installed within 2 weeks by Devon and his crew which took less than half a day. They thoroughly cleaned up after they finished. I would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.

I highly recommend Greiber Heating & Sheet Metal. They came to fix our furnace, that is under warranty and installed by another company, who told me they could not get the part for 3 weeks (in November) and told me to call someone else and fortunately, I called Greiber. Greiber was able to order the part and install in less than a week! They were courteous, timely, and VERY professional. Greiber installed our furnace and air conditioning when our home was build 19 years ago. Recently, we noticed the pipes had ice forming on them. We immediately called Greiber and they came out the next day. The air conditioning needed to be replaced. Due to the fact that the furnace was the same age, we decided it best to do both. Within days we received suggested options along with costs, and confirming that the costs were extremely reasonable, we made our decision. Within a week, we were notified the furnace and air conditioner had arrived and they could be installed the next day. It was the hottest week of July, and the installation was complete in less then 7 hours. They were careful by coming directly into the basement from the lower level, they wore masks and made sure to clean the area spotlessly, before they left. We would highly recommend Greiber for their professionalism, quality of work, and their attention to detail and our health and safety, during this pandemic.

The Greibers gave us a list of options for a furnace and air conditioner to choose from. All specifications, rebates and prices were spelled out in great detail. The few questions we had were answered promptly and completely. The installation staff was very professional, knowledgeable and left our basement very clean when they were finished. We installed a smart thermostat as well and Devon even helped me set up the program on my cell phone and laptop. The smart thermostat allows our furnace and air conditioner to function in ways they couldn't prior to this technology. Gotta get one! Karen even completed all the rebate documents and is processing those for us.
